The "Rotondo" is a 1-room apartment with a living/sleeping area, measuring 40 square meters and situated on the 2nd floor. It was partially renovated in 2020 and features practical furnishings, including a living/sleeping room with a bed (80 cm), a french bed (160 cm), a pull-out bed, a dining table, cable TV, and air conditioning. The room has an exit leading to a balcony. There is also a kitchenette equipped with 4 gas rings and a freezer, as well as a shower/WC.

The apartment offers various amenities such as air-conditioning, forced-air heating, a washing machine, and a balcony measuring 5 square meters with balcony furniture.
