Welcome to Sea Sway, a newly refurbished 4-bedroom townhouse in Rhosneigr, professionally managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Perfect for families and groups, featuring a top-floor balcony with sea views and spacious open-plan living.

Sea Sway offers light, bright, and spacious accommodation spread across three thoughtfully designed floors, making it a perfect home away from home.

The reverse-level layout ensures the best of the sea views, with the top floor dedicated to a large, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This split-level space, flooded with natural light from full-length glass doors, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for family or friends to relax together. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals, and the informal bar area is a great spot for leisurely breakfasts. Adjacent to the dining space is a sofa area, perfect for children or teens to watch a movie or play games.

The middle floor features four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The king bedroom, with its en-suite shower room, provides a peaceful retreat for parents. The double bedroom and two bright twin bedrooms are perfect for the rest of the group, especially children. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink, and toilet serves this floor.

On the ground floor, you'll find a utility room, an additional shower room, located just off the spacious double garage - ideal for storing beach gear, wetsuits, or bikes. Under the stairs is another toilet to help when the need arises for littlens heading out.

The outside space is fully enclosed and gated, with a decked patio area perfect for summer evenings. There's ample seating for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Sea Sway is ideally situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute walk to Rhosneigr village centre and less to the beach. With off-road parking for one car and additional spaces nearby, you can enjoy a stress-free holiday.

For larger groups, Sea Sway can be booked alongside neighbouring properties The View (sleeps 8), Minstrel Lodge (sleeps 8), Cool Waves (sleeps 6), or 4 y Bonc (sleeps 6), all located within the same cul-de-sac.

Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

A vey nice property in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay. Very hot for first 2 days, could have done with aircon (not generally needed in Rhosneigr )! Fantastic views both sides, brought my telescope but only one clear night, would stay again in the future.

We couldn't have asked for anything more from seasway, it was spot on. Comfortable, spacious yet cosy, convenient, solid, memorable, it felt very warm and friendly, it was just great, we were very sad to leave, and will always yearn to go back. Highly recommend

Perfect Easter stay

Perfect location, spotlessly clean , dog friendly and ann excellent price. We stayed over the Easter holiday and could not fault anything about sea sway at all. Anglesey holiday lettings also need praising for great communication from booking right up to arrival

Family holiday

Lovely bright new 3 story house with living quarters on the top floor giving fantastic views through out the day and amazing sunsets at night, we will return.

Good location and decent property.

We liked the balcony and vast amount of storage in the double garage for wellies etc. The house is well equipped and comfortable enough. The bedrooms are a bit of a tight squeeze with lot of furniture in the doubles and one of the twins the door doesn't open properly. But overall decent enough.

Girls weekend in Rhosneigr

We had a brilliant weekend in Rhosneigr. The property had everything we needed and just a short walk to the amenities. We were so lucky with the weather and enjoyed some great walks in stunning scenery. It's so easy to get around Anglesey and our favourite restaurant is the Harbour frount Bistro in Holyhead, wonderful if you like fish and seafood. Looking forward to our return would definitely book with Anglesey lettings again as their properties are always a good standard

Excellent Christmas Break for 6

Great location in Rhosneigr, nice peaceful cul-de-sac, though I could see parking being a challenge in peak season. House is well laid out, bedrooms a little on the cosy side and could do with a little more storage space. Everything worked as expected and the house was heated to a good temperature for a cold winter week. Star is definitely the open plan kitchen / dining / lounge on the top floor. Great place to socialise. For us the balcony served as Fridge 2 but in summer this would be a great asset. Kitchen pretty well equipped, though a few items could do with an upgrade/refresh: knives and cafetiere (for 1!!!!) specifically. Overall a great stay, would definitely consider again.

Excellent Family Break

We had a really great stay at Sea Sway. The house was well presented and clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. It was quiet despite backing on to the school playground. Having the balcony was wonderful and was used even though it was a blustery February week. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we've rebooked for October.

Great location

Sea Sway is in a great central location in Rhosneigr, with all amenities and beach within easy walking distance. In many ways it is a very practical house, with upside-down living, so the spacious open-plan living area is on the top floor to benefit from open views. There is a very useful shower room off the garage, where there is also plenty of storage room for beach kit. We found the bedrooms rather small and tight, especially when using a travel cot in one of them. We noted that the kitchen could do with a few larger serving bowls, serving spoons, salad bowl and a large pan or two - if the house sleeps eight they also need to be catered for! A barbecue might also be a welcome addition on the outside terrace. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay; the house was clean and modern and a very good base from which to explore Anglesey.

Lovely 8 person house in a great location

Seaway is on three floors. The ground floor has a garage with shower room and washing machine room, which is useful for coming straight off the beach. The second floor has 4 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and one bathroom. The best part of the house is the fabulous open plan top floor with balcony, kitchen, dining and living room area. Lots of light and the balcony gets the sun all afternoon and evening. It’s 5 minutes stroll in to the village centre. Only slight niggles were none of the extractor fans worked, and you can’t seat 8 people on the balcony to eat. Also, not sure if this is an Anglesey Homes policy, but why are there no soap dispensers by every sink?! We had to chop the one bar of soap into small pieces! We had a slight problem whilst we were there but Anglesey Homes sorted this very efficiently which we appreciated.
