Located in a quiet, wooded clearing within earshot of the Sandy River, this home features an array of modern comforts, with both indoor and outdoor living areas inviting gatherings with friends and family.

Designed with entertainment in mind, the home boasts a spacious, single-level floor plan awash with strong natural lighting and sleek, contemporary decor. The front living room features vaulted ceilings and large, vista windows overlooking the front deck and firepit area. A wraparound sectional, huge smart TV, and selection of board games and puzzles offer a chill place for lounging and casual downtime. For cozier, intimate gatherings, the den/family room offers sofa seating and a wood stove with a second smart TV and additional games for more entertainment. The updated kitchen features a new backsplash and countertops, along with all the major appliances and utensils needed for group and family-style cooking. There is barstool seating for two at the built-in breakfast counter and seating for six at the dining table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
