Beautiful Chain Frontage Cottage Close To Downtown Eagle River.

Our two bedroom, one bath cottage is ideal for families or couples looking to relax and be on the chain of lakes. (The cottage can accommodate up to 6.) We are located just 1.2 miles from downtown Eagle River close to shopping, Restaurants, nightlife, snowmobile trails, biking trails and of course my favorite the Candy store.
Enjoy over 200 feet of frontage on the beautiful Eagle River chain. Included with the cottage are a permanent dock, perfect for your own boat or a rental or just merely relaxing, swimming and fishing off of.
A picnic table, gas grill, fire pit and swing. Inside enjoy our quaint sun room & Family room where you can enjoy a beautiful sunsets overlooking the water.

Adorable place. Highly recommend. Place was so clean and parking was great. We went to Eagle River to ride snowmobile's and this accommodations worked great.

Cute little cottage

The cottage is very cute and the exterior is great that butts up to water. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating. The cottage does have AC but no vents in the bedrooms. We used some fans to draw some of the cool air into the bedroom which worked well. The property owner was very responsive! Very nice for a quick weekend up north.

Cozy cottage

Heidi was a great host. The cottage was cozy and had all the amemities we needed. We brought our boat and had fun exploring the chain lakes. Eagle River was close for shopping. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will stay again.

Lovely North Woods cabin

We were here for a wedding and this place was in the perfect location. We wish we had more sunshine, but that didn’t take away from the charm and views from this cabin! It was clean and cozy!

Cute and cozy cabin!

Very nice cabin on Eagle River. It is small but was perfect for our family of four. It did get a little crowded when my parents came for a few days. Very clean and charming space! Loved the fire pit and newer pier. Kayaks available for use (3). Great location - close to downtown area. Lots of wildlife!

Long Time Friend Reunion

Met up with long time friends and our 16 year old boys and this place was the perfect place to do so. Dock was perfect for our fishing boat and we also rented a pontoon. Beds were great. Super clean. We can’t wait to come back. Wish we would’ve booked at least one more day! Host was wonderful and made it easy for us.

Great spot in the north woods

We were in Eagle River for a family reunion and opted for this property over a couple of hotel rooms. It allowed us all to stay together, cook some meals and have access to the chain with our boat. We had a great time and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend this property.

Great little cabin and great location.

We had a nice time staying here to snowmobile. Trail is right across the road and close to town. However, there is an additional $125 cleaning fee tacked on to the final price. VRBO clearly states when booking that there are no hidden fees and "the price you see is what you pay." That is not the case here and wish they were more upfront about this. I passed on many other cabins that would have ended up being cheaper after this cleaning fee was added. Considering we left the cabin spotless, it's frustrating having to leave additional money prior to check out.

We wanted rexaxation and that is what we got! The property was perfect for both of us! Located right on the river chain. Boating perfection! Close to town and many hiking trails! We love nature and had deer right on the property. We loved staying here!

Quaint beautiful cottage on the water ideal for that relaxing time away

The whole process through vrbo was incredibly easy and communication with Heidi was excellent. This cute little cottage has charm and is exactly what I was looking for to spend a few days away. Right on the water, we had access to 3 kayaks and a beautiful dock my kids could jump off of! Close to the city, we were within a nice distance to shops for those forgotten essentials. But in a wooded enough area to see wildlife(deer mostly) right out the big living room window. Just a very homey, relaxing and beautiful place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Northwoods getaway

Loved everything about this cottage. It was so cute and clean and in the perfect location. Sat on the pier for hours just relaxing and watching boats go by. Can’t wait to go back. Heidi was super responsive with any questions I had😊

Awesome Short Getaway

Great cottage

We had a great two day stay at this quaint cottage. It is roomy and cute. The porch is nice for rainy days. An amazing view of the water and there is a large dock to sit and fish or bring a boat if you want. The electric fireplace is nice when weather is cold. Very clean and Heidi is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much and the photos here really don't do it justice.

My husband and I and our 9 and 12 year old grandchildren spent 9 glorious days at this wonderful cabin. The cabin itself was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The queen bed in the master bedroom was comfortable as were the sturdy bunk beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, great water pressure and lots of towels. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook and eat at home. The living room had a great view of the water, comfortable seating for all of us and a smart TV. A bonus sunroom off the living room also provided a great view and comfortable seating. The full size washer and dryer was very convenient and the WiFi worked well for all of our devices. Outside we made use of the fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs and the picnic table where we often ate dinner. The dock was big and sturdy and allowed us to sit and watch sunsets, swim and launch the two kayaks that the owners provided. We used them daily to explore the channel the cabin was on leading to a chain of lakes to explore. The shore is rocky and it gets deep quickly but the water was very clear, there were no weeds and we enjoyed swimming. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. We were a short distance to Eagle River and enjoyed horseback riding, miniature golf, go carting and biking on the many well groomed, off road trails. Two large grocery stores and a farmers market made shopping and eating well easy. This cabin is right on Hwy 70 which made getting around quick and easy and the cabin was set far enough back from the road that we could hear but weren’t bothered by noise. The setting was lovely. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin.

Perfect Northwoods Getaway

This was our family’s first stay in Eagle River (we had stayed elsewhere in Vilas County previously.) When we arrived, I thought the cottage looked so much cozier and nicer than I had anticipated from the pictures posted on VRBO — a pleasant surprise! It was very clean and smelled fresh. No need to bring those camp chairs as they have a very nice set up around a fire ring outside with plenty of chairs and picnic table along with a nice swing. Our kids and 3 grandchildren joined us for a few days which was great! It was a bit challenging with one bathroom but we made it work. The kayaks were very nice to be able to use on the river too. Our two weeks there went very quickly and we were sad to leave. It definitely felt like a home away from home!

Perfect fishing

VERY CLEAN cottage/house, right on the Chain of lakes, brand new pier, cozy for the two of us, but certainly roomy for more people. Close to restaurants, shopping and bars, but also secluded enough for privacy, sitting near the pier, fireplace and just watching the deer walk by. Highly recommended!!!
