"Top tier service from the front desk to the valet to the maintenance staff. One of the best overall experiences I've had from a service perspective and the hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in the downtown Charleston."

"Great location. Nice ambiance. Parking is so expensive and you are expected to tip the valet with pick drop off and pick up. Our rooms balcony was overlooking the air conditioners and so was blocked off to any view, very disappointing."

"Upon checkout I left my sunglasses on the counter. I went back within a few minutes. Staff refused to look at security camera. Unhelpful, unprofessional I have never had any personal items taken at a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk did not answer their phone all weekend. I could not get any one on the phone."
