"En mi segunda estadia en este Hotel, tuve la mala experiencia, que me pagando un upgrade me dieron una habitación con un colchon malo. Al hacer el comentario, la señora de recepcion hizo caso omizo diciendo que el colchon NO estaba malo, y que como hiba solo podia cambiar al otro lado de la cama. E estado ya tres veces en este hotel, y como es usual en todos los hoteles del mundo... hay veces que los del front desk no estan de buena pulgas. Pero en general, el hotel y el servicio es bueno."

"Dieses Hotel ist ein typisches Tagungshotel. Das heisst die meisten Gäste kommen nur für 2-3 Tage und in größeren Gruppen. Deswegen ist Frühstück nur bis 9.30 Uhr und Check-Out schon um 9 Uhr. Das ist vielleicht für den einen oder anderen privaten Gast sehr früh, passt aber für die Tagungshotelstrukturen gut. Die Zimmer und die gedamte Anlage sind wunderschön und die Gegend ist super ruhig und sicher. Ich persönlich fand es ein bisschen schade, dass es mir zu voll war abends in der Lobby, da...
