The light living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee and tea maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet and a dining table. There is one bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment sleeps 2 guests.

Practical points: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided, along with hangers and extra pillows and blankets.

The entire apartment is for your private use: the living area with its kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom and the balcony. You can also use the garden. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a private entrance. Arrival is by self check-in with a lockbox at the entrance, from 16:00 to 23:00, and step-by-step instructions are sent the day before you arrive. Check-out is by 10:00.

We are available by message before and throughout your stay and are happy to help with any question about the apartment or about Rethymno. If you are travelling with children, just ask and we can suggest a babysitter. Otherwise we leave you to enjoy the apartment in privacy.

If you come by car, there is free street parking nearby.

The apartment is compact, 23 m², and is for a maximum of 2 guests; unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. It is in a residential building with quiet hours from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00, so please keep noise down on the balcony and in the stairwell. Smoking is not allowed inside; it is allowed on the balcony only. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law. Please keep windows and balcony doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
