"Rethymno Heart" is one of the newest, most trendy and attractive
apartments in the historical center of this lovely town. Totally
renovated to the highest standard and located right on the pedestrian
area, just a few steps away from facilities of any kind, this
comfortable holiday home is set to impress. Wether you are looking for
a short city break, or a longer holiday, you will be surprised by the
space, quality and comfort of this apartment! With 2 bedrooms (one with
a mezzanine and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a large lounge, this
apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in fully air-conditioned
interiors.
The apartment is located on the first floor accessible with stairs, set
over 2 floors , and has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the
first floor there is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen (fully
equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking rings, fridge/freezer, etc)
opening straight to a lovely balcony (overlooking the heart of Rethymno
historical center) as well as a shower room with a washing machine .
The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra
guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 comfortable
double bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each one. From one of
these bedrooms, stairs leads up to a cosy mezzanine with 2 single beds.
A spacious family bathroom is set on this floor with a bathtub. For the
comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned (included in
the rental price).

Regarding your arrival on : [CHECKIN_DATE] at our apt(villa-house), I would like to inform you that we are using the method of self check in. There is a key box at the entrance of the property and the key code is 8888 which you should use so as to get the key.

Instructions : Opening the key storage compartment door: 1. Open shutter door to reveal the dials and release button 2. Rotate dials to the combination: ....... 3. Press down on the release button to open the door Closing the key storage compartment door: 1. Close compartment door 2. Scramble the combination dials to lock the door and conceal your combination 3. Close the shutter door Reminder:  The release button will open the lock until you scramble the dials.  Keep the shutter door closed to increase weather resistance and to conceal the dials from view.

In case that you need hot water, and there is not enough from the sun, there is a dashboard at the stairs and you should switch on the appropriate fuse. Please leave it approximately for 20min and then switch off the fuse.
