Located just 3 km from the heart of Rethymno, in the tranquil Tria Monastiria area, this luxurious villa invites you to experience the ultimate blend of relaxation, space, and comfort. With its stunning sea views, vast outdoor areas, and elegant interiors, Villa Zakkallin offers a perfect escape for families, friends, or exclusive gatherings.



Spanning 400m² on a sprawling 3,000m² property, the villa comfortably accommodates 12 guests, with the option to host up to 14 (upon request). Every element of the villa has been meticulously crafted to provide both luxury and a home-like atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional stay for every guest.

Villa Zakkallin is the ultimate summer retreat, featuring an 80m² private pool as its centerpiece. Surrounding the pool are ample lounging areas, a shaded seating space, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for BBQs and dining along with an external TV. For families, a fenced kids' pool is integrated within the adult pool area, offering a safe and fun space for younger guests. The little ones will also love the private playground. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the historic Fortezza Castle. Whether basking in the sun or dining under the stars, the expansive outdoor spaces cater to both relaxation and fun.



Luxury Inside and Out



On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a spacious living room bathed in natural light that streams through large windows, offering panoramic views of the old Venetian town and the shimmering sea., featuring a 65-inch TV and air conditioning, perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area create the perfect gathering spot for family meals. This floor also houses three luxurious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, individually controlled air conditioning, a 32-inch TV, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi-bathtub for additional relaxation. Additionally, there is a common-use WC for extra convenience.



Descending to the lower level, you’ll find direct access to the outdoor pool area. This level is home to two more bedrooms: one featuring a queen-sized bed and an en-suite shower, and another with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom that also includes a shower. Both rooms have 32-inch TVs. The lower level also includes a common-use bathroom, making it highly convenient for guests.



Moving up to the upper floor, the final bedroom awaits. This serene retreat comes with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, a 32-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The highlight of this bedroom is its large private veranda, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea and Fortezza Castle. The room also features an exclusive jacuzzi for two, making it the perfect place for relaxation in total privacy.

Stunning Villa Zakkallin.

Wonderful stay in this top class Villa. Beautifully presented, very clean on arrival. Excellent pool and loved the poolside bar.Well equipped outside catering area which was used every night.The only negative feedback from our party was that the bed mattresses were very hard.Excellent service from Giorgos who has been very helpful throughout from the initial booking to final departure.
