Sinatsakis Villas is a charming holiday complex comprising three separate and autonomous villas, each one with its own private swimming pool: Villa Anna, Villa Maria, and Villa Ioanna, located side by side. Settled in Pigi village, close to Rethymno, the Villas are only 2 km away from its long sandy beach and just 500 metres away from the village centre, where you can find several shops, such as a bakery, tavernas, pharmacy, mini market and butcher. Villa Maria is a two-storey, one bedroom Villa, covering 75 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 guests if it is necessary. The Villa is furnished in a minimal and romantic style with all the modern amenities.
Indoor Layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consists of the siting area featuring a 50" HDTV, as well as an office, and offers access to a balcony, also leading to the garden. The comfortable double sofa can accommodate the 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and indoor dining table, provides all essentials for a self catered holiday. As you pass through the hallway, you will find the double bedroom of the villa, as well as the bathroom, offering a bathtub and a washing machine.

Outdoors there is an organised fenced area with relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers. More specifically the outdoor facilities of Villa Maria include:
