The Space

The villa spans two levels and is thoughtfully divided to offer a harmonious balance between shared living and personal retreat. Every detail has been chosen with intention and heart, allowing natural light and the surrounding beauty to take center stage.

On the right wing, two serene bedrooms each feature their own private bathrooms. The ground-floor bedroom offers step-free access, making it ideal for guests of all mobility levels. Upstairs, the second bedroom opens to a private balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi. Discreetly positioned, it creates a personal spa corner with open views stretching across the valley — a space made for stillness and sky-gazing.

At the villa’s center lies a wide, accessible entryway that connects both sides of the house and the backyard with the amazing view. It functions as a quiet threshold between the relaxing and the social zones, creating natural flow and comfort.

On the left, the open-plan living area and kitchen form a bright and welcoming space to cook, gather, and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, while the living room features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. Two large balcony doors flood the space with daylight and lead your gaze straight out into nature. A charming loft with its own ensuite sits just above, perfect for teens, friends, or guests who enjoy quiet privacy.

Throughout the interior, soft lighting, natural materials, and clean architectural lines create a warm, minimal elegance. The bathrooms include rain showers, anti-fog illuminated mirrors, and curated fixtures that elevate the everyday.



Outdoors

Step outside, and you’ll find where nature and design converge. The 28-square-meter heated pool is perfectly placed to frame the panoramic views.
