Villa Nymphes is a complex of 2 brand-new independent villas, next to each other, which both have their private pool, private facilities, and private amenities. There is also a ping pong for guests to use. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and private balconies with breathtaking views. Within a close distance, you can find many restaurants to enjoy a wide variety of Cretan delicacies. Nymphes villa is an architectural wonder with a large garden and can accommodate with comfort up to 7 guests in its 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of the ensuite). Two of the bedrooms are double bedded and one of them is twin bedded. The two bedrooms in the villa are located on the first floor offering an amazing sea view from their balconies and the other one is located on the lower ground floor. The main house area has a cozy living room with large window doors giving straight access to the pool area, a flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioning, and Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large table. On the lower ground floor, there is a laundry room for your needs and also there is a free parking area at the house.

Villa Nymphes is located at the tourism area of Stavromenos-Sfakaki, only a few meters from the sea and it is 12km east of Rethimnon. The seafront villa is ideal for visitors as there is a super market and a tradititional Cretan tavern in a distance of 2 km. At the village you will find also a variety of shops for your needs or you can take the local bus to visit the city center. If you don’t have rent a car the bus station is only a few meters from the summer property. The beautiful Rethymno city is 12km away from the property, there you will have the opportunity to visit the Venetian harbor, a Venetian castle and an old city that offers a high quality sightseeing experience. Many tourists visit Rethymno each year and most of them agree that it is the coziest city of Crete. If you want to explore the tradition of the area, the historic Monastery Arkadi is 12 km away and the Museum of ancient Eleutherna is 16km away from the property

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge)

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

9. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants. Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
