Almirikia Waterfront Villa, Near Amenities, Pool

  • Almirikia Villa is situated right on the beach in the Sfakaki area near Rethymno town. This unique villa is built on a 1000 sqm piece of land, surrounded by palm trees and features a spacious 45 sqm swimming pool. The villa has a two-storey layout covering a total of 105 sqm. Additionally, there is an annex with a bedroom next to the pool.



    Upon entering the villa, you'll find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player. Adjacent to the living area, there is a lovely covered veranda where you can enjoy your drinks, meals, or dinners next to the swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, as well as an additional WC.



    An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover two more bedrooms with a shared shower/WC. One bedroom has twin beds, while the other offers a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony with patio furniture and beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. The villa features a fourth bedroom in an annex next to the pool, which is also air-conditioned, with an en-suite shower/WC and two single beds. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.



    Outside, there is a beautiful garden with a lawn and plants, providing an ideal space for kids to play and for leisure. In front of the villa, there's another covered area with a dining table and a built-in barbecue. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for the villa's guests on the beach, and patio furniture is provided for relaxation right by the sea in front of the villa.



    Rethymno town is just 9 km away, and there's a bus stop within a 5-minute walk from the villa. You can find nice taverns and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is just one kilometer away. Please note that the changeover day for this villa is only on Saturdays.

Great host and great villa.

Quite and peaceful villa. Vasilis was a great host, we had a few minior issues that were fixed within an hour of reporting. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Never been on a more beautiful place than in villa Almirikia I was complete happy here with my family You don't have to discover the area, just stay at the house and enjoy the beach and the sea Meet Vasilis and his son Kostis, very kind people Meet Zola, we called him Zorba the Greek, he watches the beach and the sea and is proud when you want to take a picture of him. It is a amazing place and I did not want to leave it

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Die Lage des Haus ist traumhaft. Es liegt ruhig. Man schläft mit dem Geräusch der Wellen ein. Der direkte Strandzugang ist ein besonderes Highlight. Unser Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Very pleasant paradise stay

Everything was fine. Even slightly better than the current pictures as some improvements were done yet.Mr. Vasilis and his family werde very heplful and always there, but not "present".Environment is calm and quiet and the beach - even public - is mote or less private use.

Super Unterkunft , klasse Lage

Wer Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig, wir waren mit 6 Personen 14 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus hat einen tollen Pool sowie eine direkte Anbindung zum Meer , abends haben wir im hinteren Bereich auch gegrillt und sind von einem Klassen Sonnenuntergang belohnt worden. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hat uns jede Frage beantwortet und die Umgebung super klasse erklärt. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit in Rethymnon City , am Beach oder aber an klasse Cocktail Bars sowie die Kartbahn die 3 min entfernt ist. Gerne immer wieder und danke für die super Gastfreundschaft 👍👍🥂

Perfect break in a great location

Right from the start we felt most welcome, greeted by the villa owner with fruit and drinks on arrival, he was a great help right through our stay. The villa has lots of outside space to relax in and was by a quiet secluded beach, which was just perfect. Rethymnon is a short bus ride away and close to local shops and taverna's.

Perfect for a relaxing break

Lovely villa set in very large grounds leading down to the sea. Plenty of various seating areas outside, either around the pool or down by the sea, ideal on a very hot day. Rocky shore just in front but a sandy beach to the left which is almost private, never saw more than 4 people on the beach. Accomodation was good although we didn't spend much time inside, quitely located down a surfaced track but within easy reach of various, very good, taverna's. If you want a relaxing break with a pool and beach on the doorstep this is perfect. Nothing really, power went off twice, once for 6 hours but this is beyond control of the owner and not that usual for Greece/Crete, we had similar problems in the past.

Great Holiday

Had a great holiday with the family. Managed to speak to the owner and we got in early. He was very helpful during our stay. Supermarkets and tavernas in walking distance, bus stop 2 minutes walk.Lovely position by the sea. Booked again for next year!!

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub für die ganze Familie und Freunde. Herr Vasilis Spiridakis hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und erkundigte sich immer ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Er kann auch gute Tipps geben. Der Strand vor der Haustüre war fein ruhig und man kann sehr herrlich schwimmen. Der Garten bietet sehr viel Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen. Es findet jeder seinen idealen Platz. Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit ganz in der Nähe.

Sehr sauber, sehr netter Vermieter und schöne Lage am Meer

Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte direkt am Haus. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe hat der Besitzer des Hauses alles erklärt und es gab einen selbst gemachten Begrüßungsschnaps. Es war auch frisches Obst bereitgestellt. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber. Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt und das Haus nach einer Woche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden auch getauscht. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und und hat sich sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Ein großes Dankeschön noch an den wirklich sehr netten Vermieter.
