"I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. "This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. "There was a problem getting the room cleaned every other day. There wasn't anything posted or information provided about the frequency of room being attended to. Yet, when i was informed that the room was cleaned every other day it wasnt cleaned per the stated time frame. The pool was being maintenance but the notification was only an overlooked sign hanging on a gate about the spa being closed. The maintenance was being performed by the front desk staff which had me asking why it wasn't done...
