Vacaciones en Reserva natural Highmoor

Advertised pictures look more neat than the actual place. Cupboards had no shelves but only hanger rails. Bathroom basin slightly blocked (water slowly drained). No PARKING at Facility! Used nearby dodgy parking facility charged per day and night! Hotel cleaners not trusted, watch chargers got stolen. Spoiled my running experience during comrades with low charged running watch. Security manager informed and didn’t help, not even to view camera footage. I doubt the cameras even works. Hotel location not ideal, busy drinking joints next to hotel will noise throughout the night. Definite no no for me👎

The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean.

The best of all was the staff. Very helpfull and friendly.

The apartment was lovely, despite a few minor details. I would highly recommend it as a holiday venue, as it is right on the beach, and easily reachable by road from anywhere in the city. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. They reacted immediately to any concern or request; their professionalism is of the highest level. The view of the harbour and passing ships was very romantic and evocative of voyages, certainly giving memorable moments.
