"I called a few days before our stay and was told my check in instructions and lock box code would be emailed to me. After an 11 hour drive, close to arrival i check my email and expedia account and there were no check in instructions or lock box code sent to me. We were stranded at midnight without a way in to our room. Thanfully Expedia fixed the situation and booked us into a comparable stay nearby."

"I came to America's best value inn because I refused to stay at the dump pay less hotel. America's best value inn had a big ice machine,a refrigerator with freezer where I was able to refreez my ice packs for my cooler plus fill my cooler with ice from their ice machine. The AC in my room worked great. Nice big TV with working remote. Plenty of towers,soap, conditioner/shampoo. Comfortable bed. The painting in the bathroom in areas could be better. But this was a huge step up from the dump...

"I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again."

"We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!"
