"Beautiful hotel, clean facility and nice staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Too much seaweed so we couldn't swim there. "

"Good bed and pillows. Luxury towels. Liked having mini fridge and a kettle. Milly and her daughter Emily are friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a bit weak but not a major issue for me. Good wifi. No TV but that is not a problem for me either. I would return. 10 minute walk to the airport or ferry. "

"I really loved this hotel. The price was great , the location is great , the pool is amazing, with a swim up bar . All the staff are super friendly. They have their own scuba center so organizing a trip is very easy. I didn’t realize they had a dorm style room as well so if you like to share you can save even more money "

"The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes."

"The air conditioning was solid, the beds comfortable after a long day of beach walking, bike riding and other stuff. The staff were excellent. We had Adrianna and Alicia most of the time and they were super-helpful. Where to rent bikes, where to eat, what time is this or that. I can't say enough about these two women. The only downside to the property was our room location. The sunrise in the morning was spectactular, but the small, but usable balcony and window face a basketball court. The...

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

"Rooms are basic and very outdated. Not very clean and very much in need of upkeep. AC marginal. No pool, beach or other ameneties, which was probably clear on the booking page. Its a far as possible from the "center of town" Sargassum is bad along the waterfront."

"Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back."

"They picked us up from the ferry. The place was very clean. They changed the sheets and towels weekly. Very friendly. It would have been nice if they would have supplied drinking water. Would stay there again. Very affordable."
