"I arrived at the airport at 7:30 pm and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk to call for the shuttle. The extension for the shuttle hung up on me 3 times as soon as I selected the shuttle option from the automated message system when you call the phone number. So I tried to get. Hold of the front desk and I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes with no answer. I finally just decided to walk to the hotel where I was met with a long line to check in and only one person working behind the front desk. The staff were kind and sympathetic to the situation, but that was it, just and “awe, I’m so sorry about that”. Day two my key stopped working (an issue I overheard another guest had also had the night before).I was in a room that was the further est away from the front desk I think you can get in that hotel. Third floor, all the way at the very end of the hallway. So after a long day of walking around Reno I go up to my room only to have to return to the front desk to get my key fixed and then walk all the way back to the room. All in all was not a great experience. Would not stay there again. "
