You’ll have access to the entire two-story house, the backyard/patio, and the garage during your stay. There are three reserved parking spots for you either out front or in the garage. The home is located in an alley away from the street, giving you privacy. It’s a short walk to Midtown Reno and just a quick drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We’re also around 45 minutes away from the great attractions at Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains.

In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

For your comfort, we have mini-split AC units to keep the home cool in summer and radiant heating throughout for winter. We’ll be available to answer any questions during your stay, and our property manager is just a short drive away if you need help. Our top priority is to provide you with a 5-star experience, and we look forward to hosting you!
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
