This place was Perfect!It smelled so good as soon as I walked in! Very clean and neat. There was so much room for everything I needed. The layout was designed just right. I really appreciated they had THREE different fans available to stay cool in Reno! They had a good brand of shampoo and conditioner and a hypoallergenic body wash. They have pots and pans but they were unfortunately (scratched) Teflon so I used my own. They provided bathroom and kitchen towels, a washer and dryer. (Note: leave the washer open for air circulation or it will mildew inside and stink) They had warm low lights as well bright ceiling ones. Easy to use windows and drapes. The pull out isn’t comfy so we used the mattress topper from the main bed and it helped a little but it could use its own foam topper. I was so pleased with everything they provided. There was even ice in the freezer and bows on the papers. The minisplits (heat/cool) are easy to operate and very helpful in Reno weather. One for the bedroom one for the main room. Outside was nice for sitting in the mornings and evenings and the gravel is great for smokers and safety. I loved my stay! The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Prompt too. It felt like a home away from home and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and stay again myself.
