Hotel Château de Palaja

"Wish we had stayed longer We only stayed at Hotel Château de Palaja for one night, and we honestly regretted not planning more time here. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. The room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they spoke excellent English, which made everything very easy. The hotel has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and convenient parking. There is also a great comic book collection, which is a nice extra if you are interested in that. What surprised us most was that even the children really enjoyed the stay, despite there not being any special entertainment or activities specifically for kids. The atmosphere itself was simply very pleasant and relaxing for everyone. There is also an excellent restaurant nearby, but I would definitely recommend booking a table in advance. A really lovely place that we would happily return to. 100% recommended!"

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable room and very friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately we have arrived just before 9pm due to a 3 hours traffic jam and by that time food was not available at the hotel. This was upsetting as the last thing we wanted to do was to explore the nearby villages for an open eatery. The following night however, we had an enjoyable supper in the hotel’s restaurant. Please note that some dishes are only available for pre-order, so if you wish to sample their “cassoulet”, which Im sure is excellent, you will need to pre-order it. Free parking is also available on-site."

"Personal, excelente. Estamos muy contentos con este hotel, llegamos tarde y aunque estaba cerrada la cocina nos dieron de cenar a 9 personas. Habitación muy amplia y limpisima"
