  • Cocoonr Agency offers you, located in the heart of the historic center of Rennes, between Place de la Mairie and Place Sainte-Anne, nearby from the Jacobins convent, the Honoré apartment is in a beautiful historic condominium. The location of this apartment, in a lively street of the city center, is perfect to enjoy restaurants, bars and stores on foot.


    With a surface area of 50m², the apartment, recently renovated, consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a lounge and a dining room. Upstairs, an open bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with toilet.

    The Honoré apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and can accommodate up to 2 people.

    The apartment has all the comforts of home:

    - Linen provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) and beds made upon arrival.
    - Products available on site such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee...
    - Fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
    - Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer are available on site...

    We also have the accommodation "La Tourelle" which is located in front of the Honoré if you wish to stay with family or friends during your stay in Rennes.
    The street is currently under construction.

    Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 250 meters from the accommodation, about a 3-minute walk.

    You will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you the apartment and give you the keys.

The location is central, which is very practical. 🙁 The bathroom is a bit small, but it is fine for us. It was quite warm during our stay, but it got better when we opened the windows. At night it could be very loud since bars are near the apartment, which is a bit annoying when you want to keep the window opened."

L'Honoré "L'appartement est conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Sa décoration actuelle et soignée donne le petit truc en plus. Le lit est super confortable. Un petit bémol sur le ménage qui pourrait être un peu plus soigné. Nous avons remarqué de la poussière sur certains meubles, et notamment sur la table de la cuisine. Rien de grave, et surtout pas de quoi gâcher notre séjour. Il est aussi idéalement situé, à proximité des restaurants, des bars et des nombreuses places qu'offre la ville de Rennes. Je recommande."

L'Honoré "Séjour cosy dans un appartement tout équipé et très bien situé 🙂 L'appartement est situé en plein coeur de Rennes, à 20min de la gare. Il est très bien équipé : draps de lit; serviettes, matériel de cuisine... Le salon est grand et spacieux, les radiateurs gardent très bien l'appartement au chaud. 🙁 L'isolation phonique des fenêtres est très mauvaise, je conseille vivement les boules qiès. Le disjoncteur de la cuisine sautait dès qu'on utilisait les plaques. J'espère que le problème a été réglé pour les futurs locataires."

L'Honoré "Bien idéalement situé en plein centre ville piéton, proche des commerces, à 2 minutes de la station de métro la plus proche. Duplex 2e etage fonctionnel et spacieux. Accès par escaliers étroits et escarpés, mais gérable si l’on n’a pas de souci de mobilité. Petit bémol pour les personnes sensibles au bruit: les fêtards de la nuit pourront vous tenir éveillé tard, car l’isolation phonique à l’étage (où se situe la chambre) est perfectible. Rien de grave cependant. Globalement une excellente expérience."

L'Honoré "The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. It is in a super central location, easily accessible, close to the metro, restaurants and bars. They provided some nice recommendations on what to do, where to go, best restaurants, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and they left a few things for first necessities (coffee, sugar, oil), which was a very nice touch. I would stay there again and I absolutely recommend it!!! A few points for future guests to know: - the stairs to reach the apartment are very uneven. It would be difficult bringing big luggages up or for people with reduced mobility. - the apartment is in the very city center, which is great activity-wise, but be prepared to hear some chatter coming from the street even very late at night."

L'Honoré "Nice am fully equiped apartment. I recommend it to others especially for the location! 🙂 The apartment was in the centre of the city. There is supermarket near and you can find everything you want,as restaurants,bars just by walking. Also there is metro station 50meters away. The house was very cosy and fully equiped. I was excited with the upstairs room. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and nice. 🙁 I booked this apartment because there is sofa that comes to a bed,but unfortunately there was a problem with the sofa and it couldn’t be a bed so my dad’s sleep was not very good. I just waited someone to inform me earlier for the sofa but they didn’t and when I ask to fix it they told me that the sofa is unavailable. Also,the apartment was in the second floor and there is no elevator."

L'Honoré "Great value apartment in the centre of Rennes 🙂 Officially, check-in is 4pm or later, and you must arrange an appointment with the agent to collect the keys and be let in. However, my agent added me on WhatsApp so that I could inform her on the day of arrival of my progress from the airport. She arranged an early check-in for me. I arrived at 1:30pm and found her waiting for me - I was checked in straight away! Location is excellent, closer to the centre of the city than any of the hotels and for less cost. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with enough plates and cutlery to serve dinner for 10 or more. There is a Lidl just around the corner. Wi-Fi was excellent as you have a modem dedicated to your apartment. My work colleagues staying at regular hotels had problems with the Wi-Fi for Zoom calls. The day before I was expecting to fly out, my flight was cancelled due to a country-wide air traffic controllers strike, and on that day due to the chaos I did not even have a rescheduled flight yet. I contacted Cocoonr urgently and they were able to extend my stay on a day-by-day basis, for a total of 2 extra days. 🙁 As this is not a serviced apartment you must dispose of garbage yourself. I was not familiar with the system in Rennes, as you must take your garbage to a public bin on the street. Recommend asking the agent where the closest ones are after you've checked in. The bathroom is a little bit small, which can be seen from the photos. Toilet area does not have a toilet roll holder (preferably, one could be installed on the wall). As this property is right in the centre of the city, late night can be noisy with drunk people yelling on the street. It's not so bad with the windows closed. The door to this set of apartments is very sturdy, so I never felt unsafe."
