Welcome to Le Monnaie, a flat with an exceptional location: right on the square in front of Saint Pierre Cathedral, you're right in the heart of the historic center of Rennes, with an incredible view over the rooftops of Rennes and directly onto the cathedral.
For a few days, a few weeks or even a few months, you'll be right in the center of town, with all the amenities you'll need: restaurants, the Lices market, nightlife (theater, cinema, opera, etc.), schools, close transport links (15 minutes to Rennes TGV station)...

The flat itself is on the 3ᵉ floor of a beautiful 19ᵉ century building, whose monumental staircase and stained-glass windows demonstrate the character of the place.
With a surface area of 130 m², it features:
- Separate kitchen
- 4 bedrooms (3 large - 17 m², 15 m² and 13 m² including a master suite, and 1 smaller - 9 m²)
- 2 shower rooms
- 1 WC

You'll be charmed by the character of the place: antique parquet floors, moldings, fireplaces in each room - non-functional, the exceptional view and the brightness.
Close to the flat (approx. 250m), you have access to a secure garage for parking a vehicle or storing personal belongings, for an extra charge of €25.
