Ideally located on spring fed, clear, deep Thunder Lake, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cabin is the perfect rustic oasis for family and friends.

With its 2 boat docks, spacious deck space, screened in porch with big sunset views, campfire ring, this property guarantees you’ll feel refreshed and rejuvenated from the moment you enter the door.

Open, top floor with center island and sliding door to screened in porch with lake and sunset views. Large deck with an unique seating -> a bar originally from NE Minneapolis with bar stools and large umbrellas for shade.

Lower floor has bunk room, bedroom, half bath, and ping pong table.

Both top and lower floor have direct outside access.

Great get away on the lake

We stayed here for our annual fishing trip. Cabin has a large screened in porch overlooking the lake. Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dock space for bringing your own boat. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We sure enjoyed the Bouncy Bottom cabin. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of things to do when the weather doesn’t cooperate and we loved the swim raft and fire pit!

Family weekend on the lake

Great location situated directly on pristine Thunder Lake, private dock, spacious cabin, well equipped, quiet surrounding, fire pit in the shade of the surrounding trees and with view on the lake, picnic table under the trees, overall a great option for our family getaway.

Bottom Bouncer

We traveled to the area for a quiet family getaway with our 2 college and 1 elementary aged kids. It was everything we hoped for. The cabin was clean and has a we'll stocked kitchen. The kids loved the hammocks, the fire pit area and of course the lake! It is so beautiful and the sunsets were amazing! If we would have had a boat, kayaks, or pontoon it would have been even better. Highly recommend this property for a small group getaway!

awesome lake cabin experience

The pictures don’t do this property justice - the cabin and lake are beautiful, well kept, and a true pleasure to stay in. Todd was a great host, and was extremely responsive to all of our questions, and provided us with a great list of things to do in the area. The property is plenty spacious enough for a group of 10, the provided amenities are awesome, and the view of the lake and the sunset from the dock is phenomenal. You’ll need a boat to truly enjoy everything Thunder lake has to offer, so be sure to chat with Todd about your options upon booking. I would recommend this stay and will likely repeat the trip next year.
