Outdoor furnishings are available seasonally from May through November.

This home situated approximately 90 minutes from both New York City and Philadelphia.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable stay, guests are welcomed with a complimentary starter package that includes bottled water, coffee, tea, basic cooking essentials, paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, and other household necessities. The home is also stocked with luxury toiletries, premium bath amenities, and everyday conveniences, allowing guests to settle in immediately and enjoy a truly turnkey living experience.

Please note that the outdoor furniture, grill, and pool are seasonal amenities and are unavailable between November and May. The fire pit and Adirondack chairs area remain available year-round for guests to enjoy.

Other things to note:
The swimming pool is seasonal and typically open from mid-May through November 1. Professional pool maintenance is performed weekly. A pool net, vacuum, and brush are available for guest use. As with any outdoor pool, leaves and natural debris may occasionally accumulate between cleanings.

Landscaping services are scheduled once per week to maintain the grounds.

For safety reasons, candles and open flames are not permitted inside the home.
