Poorly maintained, and really bad communication. Laundry machine is broken. The freezer was literally frozen shut. Two fans didn’t work. One window wouldn’t open (because the curtain rod above it is damaged). When I called the help line, they had an “AI” operator—but it was worse than a really bad human operator. When I finally got to a human, he said, “I don’t speak English” (in English) and hung up on me—even though the apartment is marketed in English and on the call I had chosen the option of speaking with them in English. I called back, and the next operator said he would message me in WhatsApp, but never did. I would not stay here again.
