In winter, the skiing fun begins almost at the door – the nearest slope is nearby, and a shuttle conveniently takes guests there at certain times of the day. In summer, hiking trails and clear mountain air await directly behind the house. While nature calls outside – hiking in summer, skiing right from the door in winter – a soothing oasis of retreat awaits inside with a private sauna and hot tub. Those looking to relax after an active day will find the perfect respite here. The house is ideal for families or groups of friends. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
