  • A very quiet setting just minutes away from all the activity on Rehoboth Ave, the beach, the boardwalk and Dewey. 3 BR 2 1/2 Ba, an outdoor shower and full size washer and dryer. The on ramp to Route 1 North Coastal Highway is a block away giving easy access to shopping and restaurants. There are two parking spaces reserved for this unit labeled 5. Have fun in the sun at the beach and boardwalk. Relax in the cozy sunroom. New carpeting 6/12/24. Updated shower/bath in upstairs hallway 7/6/2024. New hardwood flooring 4/30/25. Renovated kitchen 4/30/25.

Great place close to the beach

Lovely property with so many helpful items for cooking. Everything was perfect. The floors in the bathrooms and carpet could use a cleaning, but we understand it's close to the beach so harder to keep that in perfect condition.

Loved our stay at this amazing place. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere along with a comfortable stay. The only thing I did not like was that the master bedroom tv went off and I was not able to access the channels but we were winding down to go to bed anyway.

Perfect beach getaway

Location was perfect for short ride to beach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. The host Nancy was very responsive and kind. I will consider staying here again. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids.

Very comfortable home; owner supplied everything needed for kitchen and bath.

Excellent location. Less than a five minute drive to the heart of town. We were fortunate to have beautiful October weather. There were beach chairs available and even wood to build a fire on a chilly night. Would absolutely stay again.

Super clean, great for a family

The house is very clean and well taken care of. Owner was very responsive. Nice location near playgrounds for family, easy and quick drive to the beach. Plenty of linens and towels, but the kitchen could use a few more dishes. We had a nice week!

Clean and efficient

The house suited our needs for a weekend getaway. It was clean and in good condition. The owner was very responsive when we got in touch to ask a question, and communicated about a parking problem (out of her control) before we arrived, which was appreciated.

We had a wonderful time

The house was very nice. There was lots of space to spread out. Very comfortable. Nancy is very helpful and met us at the house to help us settle in. She gave us a nice run down on the area. It is walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but it is not a short walk

Nancy is the ultimate host! Highly recommend

Everything about this VRBO was great - the house itself, the neighbors we ran into, proximity to the places we wanted to go. Nancy was available, friendly, and helpful throughout. The only reason I give it four instead of five stars for location is that it was too far for my younger kids to walk to/from the beach (but we knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise, and parking was easy at the hours we went). It was a bit of a tight squeeze for a family of five in the dining area and the kitchen is small, but it more than met our needs. Definitely check it out if you're heading to Rehoboth!
