South Rehoboth is the prime location for your vacation... walking distance to beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. This two-story home is spacious with five bedrooms, two living areas, large dining room area and six TV's! Will comfortably accommodate a large family of 12 and even your furry family member. Kids waterlogged from the ocean? Take a short stroll to the community playground located in the 4th block of Stockley Street near Silver Lake. Wireless Internet and a smoke-free environment. Pets permitted with pet fee and Addendum.
Guests pay $150.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Great family vacation

This house was lovely - very spacious, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Loved the puzzles and games too. The location was great. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Although the blocks are a bit long, we were able to walk everywhere, even the 4 year olds, who also enjoyed the nearby playground. We felt very much at home and would love to stay here again someday.

house very comfortable

House is well stocked and comfortable and the location is really great. Some problems with ants in the kitchen and flies in a bedroom but solutions were found. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group and has a second frig which came in very handy! AC was quiet and perfect for two weeks of very warm weather.

Great location and nice house

The house had great space and layout however the ant problem was a little much. They were all over the house. Also the neighbor or owner (not sure if it was but he claimed to be) was outrageously rude when I asked if something was wrong when we saw he took a hose bib off the house. As the house was my responsibility at that time and I did not know who he was, he talked down to me when I was just protecting the rental property.

Quick Spring Break Trip

We were looking for a place for a quick 4 day stay in Rehoboth Beach that was close to the beach and boardwalk and could sleep 6 adults and a dog. This property was great, spacious, and easy half mile walk to the beach in one direction and the boardwalk in another.

Roomy Stay for Multiple Families

House was perfect for us. We had a lot of kids with us, however, and the three block distance to the beach was a bit much. The blocks are looooong - way longer than a typical block - and having never been to Rehoboth, we had no idea. Just something to keep in mind. We ended up driving all of our stuff and the kids and then finding parking closer to the beach. Distance would be fine with just adults or even older kids. The house was very clean and the beds were really comfy. All in all it was a good experience.

Summer getaway

The house was neat and met our needs, although the dining table only seated 8 even though the bed count is 12. The kitchen is small but well stocked. The beach and boardwalk are fairly close. We enjoyed our stay!

We really needed respite. Your house delivered. When our refrigerator would not cool down we received one from the owner and one from the realtor along with a cooler! they really care about their property and there tenants.

Fabulous Stay

The house was perfect! It is very spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. It has everything you could possible need. Location was amazing - 3 blocks from beach and 3 blocks from town in quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back again next year. Gallo was very helpful and easy to deal with. Owner made extra effort to make us feel at home.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Rehoboth Beach. It is in a great location within walking distance to the lake, the town and the ocean. This home was very comfortable to stay in with plenty of room for the 7 of us.

A great beach week!

We had a wonderful week at this home! It is in a convenient location, with a walk to both the beach and Rehoboth Ave. When going to the beach with lots of gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc.), we took advantage of the provided parking permits to drive close to the beach rather than walk with everything. The home was clean when we arrived, and it's very spacious. This was convenient when waking up with a noisy toddler so others in the extended family could sleep in. The kitchen is well-stocked, which made cooking some meals very easy. We look forward to returning someday in the future!

Lovely house in a quiet area

We stayed here for a long weekend in October. We were within decent walking distance of the town and beach and didn't have to drive anywhere. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, as people were always out and about. The house was the perfect size for 9 adults and one toddler.
