Upscale 3-bedroom townhome in the heart of DE Beaches

Welcome to Salt Air in Heritage Village, located in the heart of DE Beaches (Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey). This upscale spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath three story townhouse has three ensuites! The upper level master features a king bed, 65" smart tv, large ensuite bath with a custom tiled shower and double sink, large walk-in closet and a desk for convenience. There is a queen suite located on the lower level that features a 50" smart tv, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and access to back patio with a couch, two chairs, and a grill for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful pond and fountain view after a long day at the beach or pool. The third bedroom with full over queen bunk is also located on the lower level, this bedroom features an ensuite with full tub/shower combo. Washer/dryer are located on this level as well. The main/second level features and open living room and chef's kitchen. A half bathroom and balcony area accessible on this level as well. The living room features a large sectional couch and 75" smart tv. The beautiful Chef's kitchen with large island and gas stove has everything you will need to make an amazing meal to enjoy at the island or dining table. The upper balcony right outside the living room has a patio couch to relax with your morning coffee or evening beverage. Our townhouse is located right across from the community pool for easy access (CLOSES SEPTEMBER 7TH FOR THE SEASON). Heritage Village is located within American Classic Golf Club, a 9-hole golf course, so be sure to bring your clubs and walk right to the course. Linens, towels, toiletries, 2 bikes, and beach equipment (4 chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels) are provided. House tour viewable on tik tok @302salt.air

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Salt Air is located less than a mile off Coastal Highway and walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

Ready to hit the beach, you have plenty of options! Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth, and Dewey are all within 5 miles. Other great options are Indian River Beach (9.6 miles), Bethany Beach/Boardwalk (14 miles), Fenwick Island (20 miles), Ocean City Maryland Beach/Boardwalk (27 miles).

Downtown Lewes is 3 miles away with more restaurant options. Our personal favorite is Big Oyster where you can relax and enjoy your meal and beverage while the kids (and/or adults) play on the play area w/ swing set, corn hole, ping pong, and even a basketball court.

Head to the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk for tons of restaurants, great shopping, and entertainment at Funland for rides and games!!

If you are looking for great night life head into Dewey for live music, dining, and tons of bar hoping options!!

We are so happy we stumbled across this hidden gem. You can easily bring only a bag of clothes for an extended stay, because this home-away-from-home has everything else you could possibly need! Beautiful home with open plan and high ceilings, and the master bedroom suite is the entire 3rd floor--away from the noise of the kid's bedrooms on the 1st floor. Perfectly situated about 50 paces from the pool, and a 2-minute drive to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts left a wonderful welcome packet for us, and even treats for the dog, and they were very responsive during our stay when we had questions. Do yourself a favor and book at Salt Air now before this warm, cozy, awesome place is no longer available. We already booked for next year, and can't wait to go back!

Family beach trip

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) greatly enjoyed our stay in this home. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for the comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating to our requests and left some welcome giddies, which I though was a very nice touch. There are several beaches short drive away, also a number of stores and restaurants in a very close proximity. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

when my original plans were canceled last minute but still had the time off and NEED for vacation, I found the best place! it’s exactly as pictured and with a promptly communicative host it couldn’t be better!
