Check our rates for the Summer of 2025, please feel free to reserve your summer break using our calendar.

Our little beach getaway is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that is a short .5 mile walk to the beach and has easy parking.

The first floor has a family room, living room, two bedrooms, a full bath and a kitchen.
The 2 bedrooms downstairs has one room with a full size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin size beds
You will also find a nice 40 inch TV with Cable and Internet in the living room.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a skylight, a queen size mattress and another full bath. It also has a small television in case you want to sneak away and have a quiet night away from everyone.

About 10 feet outside our house - you will find a shaded common area with a table with an umbrella. Its perfect for relaxing outside while having dinner and enjoying a drink.

I should also say that we have parking for two cars in our shared parking lot.

The Beach is only 4 blocks away

The Starboard and Bottle & Cork are only a 5-7 block walk (about 7-10 mins walking)

You are a short bike ride, drive, or Jolly Trolley ride from Rehoboth Beach and all of its fantastic restaurants. In 5-10 mins you can be on its boardwalk enjoying the ice cream, food, restaurants, FunLand, arcades, etc!!!

You are a super easy ride to The Outlets (2 miles away).

The House Details
- You need to bring your own bed sheets and towels (we provide pillows and a light comforter).
- No pets allowed
- No smoking is allowed inside the property
- No more than 6 guest
- minimum age of the people in the house is 25 (children accompanying their parents is A-ok)

TLDR: not awful, but not awesome. Good location and access, some cleanliness and minor convenience issues, host was easily to get in touch with.Pros: check in and access was relatively easy, there were two parking spots right next to the unit, the kitchen was functional for preparing food (we did not) and had some basics provided, the downstairs bathroom had a nice shower head and mat, the TV has ROKU which we used; easy access to bike lanes to get around town or to the beach; cheap Lyfts into town as well if you needed it (it rained while we were there).Cons: Had to bring our own linens, toiletries, and even toilet paper (there was one roll per bathroom for 5 people over 4 days); the turn into the parking lot is easy to miss; the place had some ants on the first floor (mostly near the door, but not limited to there) which is admittedly not unusual for this area this time of year but still not ideal; the coffeemaker was not clean so we opted not to use it; the vents in the bathroom were incredibly dusty; the caulking in the bathroom could use a redo; no place to conveniently park bikes (easiest way to get around and easily rented nearby); there was construction just on the other side of the gas station which just so happened to include a fire alarm going off continuously throughout our three-night stay.

Such a cute beach house. The house was a tad more spacious than pictures made it seem which was great. Additionally, The host was extremely responsive and the location was perfect. However, there was still some sand on the floor from previous guests and some cobwebs, so whoever cleans it may need to be more detailed. Overall, a great stay and we would come back again.

Everything was really nice. The location is across route 1 so a little far from the beach but it is easy to cross with the pedestrian signals and the price is much better than across the street. If only takes 10 min to walk to the beach.

Walkable to a nearby restaurant and the beach, parking was easy, have to bring your own pillow cases, sheets, and towels, but otherwise, it was perfect for 5 friends to stay in for a weekend.

Quiet and well kept, poor location

This was a nice little house for our family to stay in for a few days. It was quiet, clean (no bugs), and had a kitchen with some of the essentials. There are some low ceilings so not ideal if you are over 6'. Everything was drivable but the house is on a very busy road next door to a gas station. It is not a walkable location if you are with children or elderly. We had a good stay.

Great location!

This place had a great price tag and was just the size we needed for our group of five! We spent Thursday through Sunday here at the end of June 2024. Make sure you read the listing and reviews so you know exactly what to bring and what to expect. It’s located right next to a Valero and is in really short walking distance from a brew pub and a liquor/beer store. The only issue we had was that it was the hottest week of the year and the AC went down on Saturday afternoon, luckily Hecda was very quick to respond and remedied the issue very fast while we were out eating dinner. My friends and I would definitely stay here again!

Easy little place to have a weekend

The house was very nice and equipped for a long weekend. The space may be a little tight for six people for a week. The outdoor space described is shared with other little houses in a ring. Also, we were there during a heatwave, and the upstairs bathroom as well as the stairwell do not get air conditioning. Also - there is not an oven. Clean, nice place for six people to enjoy the Delaware shore.

Exactly as advertised

Nothing fancy but a wonderful place for the price point! Clean, cute and plenty big enough for a group of adults or family. Not easily beach walkable but short bike ride or drive to Rehoboth boardwalk (1 mile) or Dewey strip (.6 mile) Not a "party" neighborhood, so it was quiet. Added bonus: Convenience store next door and great restaurant right across the street. Would return again.

perfect location!

We loved our stay! The house was very nice and clean, just as pictured, and a perfect location! Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay again! One thing to note though, there is no oven.

Convenient location, great for a group

A group of friends and I rented this property for Memorial Day weekend. It was a good size for our group and was close enough to walk to downtown Dewey. The only complaint I can think of is the slight ant problem at this house, but I did notice traps throughout the kitchen.

Nice Place

The house was nice, I wouldn’t say much is walkable but the drive to the beach was very easy. The house is very cute and beachy, but there were no towels or sheets for the beds so make sure you bring yours.

Nice place!

At first I was disappointed with the location because I wanted an easy short walk to the beach but we rented bikes and this made everything so accessible! We were easy reach to both Rehoboth and Dewey! And the beach was so nice and less crowded than the hot spots. So I rate the location as Excellent! Someone before us had encountered ants shortly before our stay and we found not one but there was a can of spray out for us just in case we would. The place was lovely and we enjoyed casual chat with the neighbors, some of whom live year round and could offer advice on things. The rooms do tend to run a bit warm in August, but there are fans in the rooms to help the air conditioning along. Kitchen was adequately outfitted and we prepared some dinners there. We would gladly stay again.
