This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse accommodates up to 6 people (+) with close proximity to all this wonderful beach city has to offer; fine dining, outlet mall shopping, adventure sports, bike and scooter rentals, and of course the wonderful Rehoboth Beach! Just a few minutes by bike or car to downtown Rehoboth, the famous Boardwalk, and the Beaches! The townhome is just off Route 1 in Rehoboth, and is situated on the beach side of the highway - no major roads to cross when it's time to relax, more time to sit out and soak in the sunshine. Great location

House was very neat and clean. All amenities first rate. Kitchen utensils all modern and top quality. Location to beach, restaurants and Cape Henlopen State Park very accessible. Enjoyed the entire stay. Very good instructions and communication with host. Will go back again next summer.

Amazing clean cozy and well decorated. Great space for a family getaway.Nice Quiet location, off the beaten path. Minutes to stores restaurants and the beach. Had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. Will return!

Excellent stay!

Everyone in our family really enjoyed this home. We had everything we needed. It was a very nice kitchen for cooking. We cook often, so this was great! The location was walkable to the beach which we were glad for many times. Each room had plenty of space and was comfortable. We had no issues or problems at all, but it was nice to feel they would have been addressed if needed. We would easily give full stars and return again! We had a lovely time!

Perfect for Multiple Generations

We found this house perfect for my 90 year-old mother-in-law, because it offered a full bed and bath on the ground floor, but then a second floor living room with bath so she wasn't having to run up and down stairs all day. The third also allowed a little get away the teenage kids as well. Loads of space throughout!

Another stellar review

Fiacre was an excellent host, offering detailed guidance and responding quickly to questions. The house is conveniently located near Ocean Highway but nevertheless quiet. The house is spacious, well-designed, and pleasingly decorated. The beds are comfortable, the main room is perfect both for meals and hanging out, and the kitchen is fully equipped with quality wares. Finally, the place might as well be a designated arboretum for the lush greenery throughout. It was perfect for a long-weekend family gathering, and we would love to return when we can.

Short stay in Rehoboth

This property was amazing! We loved it and will definitely rent again and tell our friends and family. Everything was first class and beautiful. We especially loved the screened in porch! The rooms were all big and roomy and decorated so beautifully! All the bedrooms had their own bathroom. And the kitchen was probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever rented. This is a great find. So nicely located too - close to the beach and all of the shopping. Loved it!!!!!!

Paradise

This is a slice of paradise to stay at. We loved the layout. Close to everything and all the beaches. The balcony on both floor to relax on with comfy furniture. 2 parking spots we need and were available for us golden girls getting together. Peaceful quiet. Only thing missing was no tvs in any of the bedrooms and the room without a baloney had no closet to put your stuff away. We also brought our own bath towels, sheet sets king size, and beach towels and our own chairs and coolers and board games. It was delightful just the same. Also suggest maybe a bigger kitchen trash can. But otherwise, we were grateful to book this place. We would all definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for everything. One of our friends is terminally ill , and thus the reason for for all of us to get together and fulfill her request to be able to go to the beach,.play board games, eat together, enjoy conversations and company. Thank you to the host for making it possible to fulfill her request.

Wonderful Property

This was an excellent rental property. It was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It’s in a great location and close to the beach. I enjoyed walking to the close breakfast establishments and was happy to see the bike rental business close by. Highly recommended!
