Spacious 4 bdr townhome in quiet community - 2 pools, tennis, mins to the beach

This beautiful, spacious townhome in the popular, gated Sawgrass South community is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer. Less than 10 mins to the outlets, 15 mins to the beach, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions along Rte 1. Three floors with a first floor suite with a queen bed, adjoining sitting room, and a full bath. Three other bedrooms with a king owner’s suite, queen bedroom, and a full/twin bunk. Access to two community pools, tennis court, basketball court, and clubhouses with gyms. Plus miles of sidewalks and safe roads for walking, running, or biking. Ample parking plus a garage with bicycles (no helmets), beach chairs and cart, and a ping pong table! A screened in porch, deck off the owner’s suite, and deck at the front of the house provide great space to enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of room and fun for the whole family!

Please note for allergy sufferers that cats and dogs stay in the off season. Home has been professionally cleaned but if you are very sensitive please be aware.

The rental does not include bed sheets, bath towels, or beach towels. Kitchen towels, bath hand towels, and washcloths are included. Please contact us and we can provide recommendations for where you can rent sheets and towels in the area.

We have stayed at Sawgrass at different properties spanning over 14 years. This community never disappoints. Quiet, comfortable and classy best describes this unit. We look forward to this trip every year and will stay again. Everything you need is here which makes traveling easier especially for us who come over 5 hours away!

Perfect for weekend getaway

We loved our stay! The townhouse was spacious and clean. It was well-equipped including fun board games our kids actually played with us! We also loved the screened-in porch and it was such a pretty neighborhood to walk through. Would definitely love to stay again.

Summer at Sawgrass

Beautiful home situated near the outlets off Route 1. About 15 min drive to the beach. Community pool and fitness center very convenient, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space. Traffic along Route 1 has gotten worse in the last few years which was the only drawback to location.

Could not have been a better experience!

The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The townhouse and the community was everything we expected and more. We loved sitting in the screened patio for our morning coffee. Beautiful swimming pools and fitness center. Would definitely rent again!

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The house is beautiful! It had everything listed and more. The property backs to the woods so it feels like you are in a remote location. The owner is incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Amazing house

We had a great stay, the house is beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed. Centrally located in the town so we were within minutes of the beach, water park, boardwalk, outlets and restaurants. THE BEST!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The owners were lovely to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It felt like we were staying in a model home. The amenities that the community had to offer were great for the teenagers in our group and my toddler loved the soaking tub. I would definitely recommend this to any family looking for a place to stay at the beach! Thank you again Susan and Rich!
