Rehoboth Beach Ocean View Condo w/ Pool. Sleeps 4

Bright, sunny Rehoboth Beach condo with ocean view is located in a beach front building at the quieter north end of the Rehoboth Boardwalk. It can sleep 4: one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. Guests can use the condo pool. Guests are limited to one car and parking is first come, first serve. The condo has cable/wifi.

The beach front condo on the Rehoboth Boardwalk is just steps to the sandy beach patrolled by the top-notch Rehoboth Beach Lifeguards. Or head to the pool, which has lounge chairs and a dedicated lifeguard (closes for season at end of September).

One of the condo's best features is its balcony with a great ocean view from the 6th floor. There's nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean on your private balcony. Make a pot of coffee, get the morning paper and watch beach life unfold. Fix breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen.

The in-town location is a big plus! Forget about your car and walk to everything -- shops, restaurants, entertainment. Don't miss the evening concerts at the Bandstand during the summer season. Or avoid the crowds and perch like a bird above it all in the air and watch the world go by.

7-night minimum required (condo board rule).
1 car per reservation may use on-site parking (condo board rule).
Bed/bath linens not provided. (Beds do have mattress cover, bedspread, blanket, pillows).
HVAC is building controlled. The air conditioning is turned on around May 15 and turns off around the mid/end of September.
Swimming pool opens on/around Memorial Day through mid/end of September depending on weather.
This gem of a condo has it all at a very reasonable price.

Sun rises and moon rises were stunning, including full moon! The balcony was a lovely place to share meals and people watch. We enjoyed having relaxed days and wonderful food at a variety of restaurants.

Clean condo., good location, Bed uncomfortable, outdated

The condo unit was very clean and stocked nicely with toiletries and kitchen paper products, soap. One of the Elevators in building was not working during our stay. NIce security in the building. Pool in building is small but OK. Bed was very uncomfortable as it had impressions in the mattress from wear and headboard would hit the wall if we moved around in bed, so that woke us up a lot too. . Kitchen is very outdated, refrigerator door is very hard to open at times. condo location is great location, on the beach, close to all shopping and restaurants.

Perfect beach condo

The place is well located close to the lively part of the boardwalk but in a quiet area. The ocean view is very agreable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The place was clean and spacious for our family of 3. We had a wonderful time here and we will be back!

Perfect location

The property was immaculate but very outdated. Furniture was comfortable and it had all the basics. Some of the bedroom furniture had knobs missing but the bed was great. We spent most of our time outdoors and the location was perfect! Thank you!

Great Location in Rehoboth

So many pros about this space: location, parking, beach lockers, balcony, boardwalk, steps to the beach, clean, many restaurants near by, etc. The only cons are: lack of kitchenware (only a few glasses), fry pans are beat (Teflon coming off), and the furniture (couch/chair) are not comfortable. We would rent again because the pros outweigh the cons. Give this place a try - you won't regret it!

Lovely condo with magnificent view.

We enjoyed our stay The condo is clean and has what is needed to to be comfortable. The view is wonderful and the beach access could not be better. The owner provides accurate information and instructions that are easy to follow. Parking is easy, free and safe. Rehoboth is such a walkable town that we barely used our car at all. There is a bike rental place right below where we stayed.

Paradise by the sea!

This place was as advertised. Great view, location, and space. We had everything we needed for the week. Loved being able to sit on the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We even got to watch the dolphins one morning frolicking about! Loved not having to drive anywhere. On the boardwalk but away from the noise. Everything was walkable. Wonderful time at Rehoboth

This condo is fabulous in many ways: right on the beach and boardwalk at the north end; well equipped with all we needed; within walking distance of many shops and restaurants...and ice cream!!...a lovely balcony on the 6th floor above the busyness and noise...an invitation to enjoy nature with the sound of the waves, visits from monarch butterflies, the beauty of sunrise and the moon in the evening. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we hope to return. The manager was especially helpful.

Excellent cozy place right next to the boardwalk.

This is a really great place. Well-furnished and clean. Outstanding location right next to the boardwalk and beautiful views of the ocean from the deck. Perfect for a weeklong getaway for a couple.

Perfect location!

My family, my husband and I and our 2 young daughters, stayed here last week for our family vacation. We had a wonderful week! The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything you would need! The building itself felt safe and was so convenient to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part and we spent most of our time at the condo, on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. We have already discussed booking again next summer! Thanks Michael!!

July 4th Vacation 2024

This location was very central to other nearby towns. Access to the beach and Boardwalk was very easy. The unit was closer to the end of the boardwalk so it was relatively quiet. There was a great breeze everyday on the balcony which was very nice. Access to the garage for parking was an excellent perk. Owner and property manager were very responsive to emails. Loved the live entertainment at the bandstand. We had a great time!

Last Minute Get-A-Way

We had a great stay. The view from the balcony was great! The furniture was comfortable for 2 senior citizens. The host was amazing. He worked very hard to make sure our stay was extra special. We would recommend this host and the condo to anyone wanting a relaxing trip.

Excellent Getaway

We were so fortunate to have great weather during our stay. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the balcony ocean view, the outdoor pool, the short walk to the beach and great location on the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive in the VRBO App to any questions we had before and during our stay. We look forward to staying again, definitely a place worth repeating.

Wonderful Getaway

This is a fabulous condo with a great location at the north end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed... watching the waves and the sun coming up...listening to the surf throughout the day...walking at the water's edge...walking the boardwalk 4-5 miles a day...exploring Rehoboth Ave...eating crab cakes and ice cream... enjoying meals on the balcony. We would definitely like to return.

Perfect getaway

Good view of the beach and sunrises. On the boardwalk so easy walking access to everything downtown, and beach walks. Managers answered our questions promptly, and took care of one glitch that WE created. Sofa bed has a comfortable inflatable mattress different than any we had seen before. We will book again! Thank you.
