Head south about 5 minutes to Dewey Beach and in about 12 minutes, you'll be in the picturesque Delaware Seashore Park. The neighborhood is quiet and residential: you'll enjoy your morning walk while savoring the canal and Rehoboth Bay views . . . and you'll have no problem sleeping, as Bay Vista is far from high volume traffic and commercial areas. Comfortable and spacious, with 3 first floor bedrooms, a spa-like first floor steam shower, a 2nd floor suite with jetted tub, a spacious living area, an inviting sunroom, rear patio, gas bbq grill, outdoor shower, W/D, DW & AC. On the occasional cloudy or rainy day, you will enjoy the 5 smart TV's perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows! Bonus: the owner graciously offers one Rehoboth Beach parking permit so you don't have to pay the meters! No pets or smoking permitted. Guests pay a $190 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
