Enjoy this gorgeous and spacious, pet friendly, 6 bedroom, 4 bath home on New Castle St. in S. Rehoboth, just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! It sleeps 16 in 11 beds including 2 queens, 2 doubles, and 6 twins, including a bunk bed and 1 queen futon. In addition to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, there are two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the second floor. All the bathrooms are beautifully finished with tile and attractive counter tops. Spread out on one of the 3 different balconies or in the large private backyard with two charcoal and one propane barbecue (please provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid). The up-to-date kitchen is very well stocked with all that you'll need to serve up to 16. The coffee pots are drip, K-cup and french press.



Included with your booking are 7 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Every day you'll receive one pass per activity, including:

The passes do not accumulate. The daily value of these in season is more than $234 and $107 off season. You receive instructions after you book.

The minimum age to book this property is 25.



This home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood and is just a short walk to all that downtown Rehoboth offers including the boardwalk and a wide range of fantastic dining and shopping. It's a straight 2 1/2 blocks to the beach - a five minute walk.



There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking available with permits for 2 provided on the street. Please bring your own linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential appliances, dishes, glass and silverware as well as serving dishes, etc. To rent linens and towels, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.

Not a bad stay, good location. Neighbors will complain about any outside noise starting around 8pm, although quiet hours do not go into effect until 10pm. Communication from the owner regarding the potential issue for noise could have been better. I understand his concern, but it was not an issue as we abided by all posted rules.

Such a wonderful place

Our family, 8 adults and 4 children, have spent a week here for the last three years. We love it! Clean, a nice walk to the beach and rooms that accommodate all sorts of activities (including quiet and noisy kids;-) It is both comfortable and attractive and located in a family-friendly area.

Wonderful Beach week

We had a great stay for a week at the beach. The house was big and had plenty of space for our party of 11. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and comfy. We will stay here again.

Family Fun Vacation

We brought our families together from near in Maryland and from far in Germany to share a week at the beach with our new grandson. This house felt more like a home and was the perfect place for our vacation. The home is well decorated and spacious. The floor plan provides space for gathering and space to have some solo or quiet time. The outside backyard is delightful as is the back screened porch. Overall just a wonderful home for our gathering and we would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to friends. Definitely a five star plus experience.

Outstanding Property

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It is roomy and well equipped. The parking availability was a real bonus. The decks and patio/garden area were enjoyed by everyone -we love being outside. This property is very well located in relation to the beach, shops and boardwalk. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Rehoboth, Delaware.

Great location and layout for an extended family long weekend. House was well furnished and easy to feel at home. Nice enclosed yard for small dog and kitchen layout was perfect. Couple issues with fireplace and front patio door … prop manager immediately responded. Door should be fixed before next rental.

Great Property Pet Friendly in Quiet neighborhood.

We had a family get together with my 3 adults children and their partners. We have dogs as well which always makes it tougher to find a large property. The layout works well for privacy with4 bedrooms upstairs and a separated en with walk out porch on that level The floors are luxury vinyl or tile which makes it easier with the dogs coming and going with paws that are sometimes muddy. Keeping the floors clean was not an issue. The back yard is fenced and secure which is an essential for us with the dogs as we don't want to spend all our time monitoring the dogs when we are outside. The area is walkable but 3 blocks to the boardwalk which is fine for us as we are walkers and runners but might not work well if you have issues with ambulation.

Great house. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Only negative was fairly long walk to beach especially with 5 kids 8 and under. Close to .5 of a mile. But very nice neighborhood.

Nice place and great location

Nice house and property. Nice location with a reasonably short walk to the beach. Parking is convenient. Back yard set up is nice. You may want to invest in better outdoor chairs. Plumbing/Water Temperature needs some work. Inside back door handle fell off. Outside shower should be more private. Overall, this is a nice place where we would go again.
