OVERVIEW: Welcome to your charming vacation home in Rehoboth Beach! This inviting two-story house is perfect for a memorable stay with family and friends, offering all the necessary amenities. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze. Relax in the comfortable living room with a smart TV and Netflix streaming, or head to the sunroom for some fresh air. Discover a bright sunroom with numerous comfortable seating options, providing you with a secluded spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi. This house boasts four excellent bedrooms, two family rooms, and a large rear sunroom overlooking the fenced-in backyard that any fur baby would enjoy. When it is time to take a break from the beach, the house will be the hub for dinners, movie nights, and reminiscing about the fun that was had each day. The full kitchen boasts granite countertops, ample utensils, and enough room for multiple cooks to help with meal prep. This home offers two levels so everyone can have their own space to relax.To make your trip away from home less stressful, the house offers an outdoor shower, two primary bedrooms with ensuites, and two full-hall bathrooms to wash the sand away after a day at the beach. This is just the escape you need to recharge and relax, so book your stay at this fantastic retreat today!
LOCATION: Get away from the mundane and find yourself perched four blocks from the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! This fantastic, bright, and pet-friendly house is located just a short walk from the beach, Funland on the boardwalk, and Rehoboth Avenue's many restaurants and bars, so you will have no delay in filling each day with lasting memories. Walk .5 miles to cross the pedestrian bridge, then right three blocks to the beach!
PARKING: Private driveway for four to five vehicles. There is no overflow.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, central AC, ceiling fans, WiFi, sunroom, two family rooms, gas grill, and garage.
THINGS TO KNOW: The lower level is a finished basement that is accessed through the garage. The ceilings are 6' in height. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package to guests. Streaming services only. The sunroom does not have HVAC. The fireplace is not operable.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Owner great!

Due to a situation, I ended up meeting the owner who was lovely and resolved the matter. However, I was not entirely pleased with the Real Estate manager who could have been more responsive to the matter rather than telling me there was nothing they could do.

Wonderful weekend with friends

This lovely home is conveniently across a little footbridge from poodle beach where we enjoyed beautiful weather and a walk to all the lovely restaurants and shopping in Rehoboth. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard and porch are gorgeous

Wonderful oasis

We loved staying at this property! The whole house was bright and clean, with lots of bedroom and bathroom options for our family. We loved the backyard and screened-in patio, and walked on the foot path to a local playground. Will stay again!

Misleading

The property really wasn't very close to the beach at all (not walking distance if you're taking a bunch of beach stuff with you). We checked in and some areas were dirty (fridge, cabinets etc). They say the house can comfortably sleep 8, but the basement room which serves as the last bedroom is weirdly disconnected from the rest of the house and smells badly of mildew/mold. Overall, the house itself was nice but definitely not well located/convenient to the beach and a overpriced for what it was.

Lovely Home

This is a lovely, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very large — the finished basement alone could serve as a separate apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice backyard to relax in. If you’re a walker, it’s a very reasonable walk to the beach past the school, over a footbridge and thru nice neighborhoods. It is also a short drive to grocery stores, the beach, etc. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Long weekend for a large family event

We were thrilled to find this lovely home for our long weekend. We had 8 of us from 21 months to 98 years visiting the area for an Aunt's 90th day birthday. The home was well suited for us with the space, bathrooms, variety of rooms. The bedroom, bathroom and living space of the garage was perfect for the family with the baby. We cooked in and found the kitchen well suited for our needs. Location was fine, the 20 min walk to beach is easy and enjoyable. There is also the option to request a parking permit which was very helpful to us in visiting with other family members located in and around Rehoboth. Would consider renting the home again!

Great place!

The house had all that 2 families of four could ever need! The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was great! We spent many hours on the screened in porch - plenty of room for parents and kids /teens to co-exist. Overall a great stay with an easy walk to the beach, funland and the amazing rehoboth restaurants! We will be back!

Great stay!

The house is super clean, nicely laid out, lots of bathrooms, and the owners were very kind and quick answer all my questions! The backyard and outdoor shower were delightful! It would have been nice if there was some beach gear readily available at the house, bc we had to bring everything with us which was a pain ans took up room in our packed car. I also felt like the house was a bit far from the beach especially for the little ones- but the house has a parking pass that was very convenient and appreciated. The house has two playgrounds near by which was great ans the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great stay in Rehoboth

The house was great for our family of four. Everything is clean and comfortable. The backyard is spacious and fenced in and was great for our dog. We spent most of our time at the house in the porch doing puzzles, reading, etc. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. There is even a parking pass included in the rental. In terms of location, it's about a 20-minute walk to the beach, but more like 30 minutes to Funland and the heart of Rehoboth Ave. Overall, we had a great stay and would do it again!

Wonderful trip, wonderful house!

The house was so lovely! On a nice quiet street, with a beautiful backyard and sunroom-our family loved it! Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the basement suite-my husband actually worked down there a few days so it was perfect as it had a desk and everything. Great kitchen and appliances, the house was even better than we hoped. Would highly recommend!!

Quiet beach community

We were among first to find this house through Vrbo. My wife and I, cousin and his wife, my grown daughter and her friend. Could have had another couple in a very nice basement bedroom-bathroom-living room. Well equipped kitchen (we took our keurig coffee maker but they had drip coffee maker too). Fenced backyard and nearby walking path made it great for our springer spaniel. We drove to rehoboth beach and boardwalk but it really is an easy 20-minute walk. Owners were available and easy to talk over any questions.

Best Rental We've Ever Stayed in!

The only downside of our stay at Susan's property was it wasn't longer! This house is beautiful- perfectly appointed. The mattresses were comfy... each shower had shampoo and conditioner... the kitchen had everything you needed... the garage was spacious... but a few specific highlights- the "downstairs apartment" was perfect for our girls (10 & 8) they loved feeling like they were on their own. I was in love with the outdoor shower. But the highlight of the trip was the amazing screened in back porch overlooking the beautiful yard and gorgeous magnolia tree. If you stay here- I would consider bringing bikes or borrowing the parking pass... the trek to the beach and boards was long but very doable over the "turtle bridge". (also really close to lots of playgrounds and basketball courts!) A+ all around. Thank you again, Susan- we loved our stay.

Great location close to the beach

Rehoboth Beach house

This house had great updates, nice location (right next to lake, park, tennis and basketball, under 1 mile walk to boardwalk). The updated basement is a great area for pre-teens/teens to have private space with bedroom, bathroom and tv room. We would definitely stay again on a future Rehoboth vacation.
