Beautifully furnished, spacious, modern 5 bedroom townhouse with access to wonderful amenities at The Grande at Canal Pointe: fitness center, tennis courts and two community swimming pools. Even though this unit is considered a part of the Grande, it is tucked away on a quiet, private street just before the main entrance. You can be a part of a large development yet not in the thick of it! Sit on the deck and listen to the birds and enjoy the wooded view. Perfect vacation home for those who seek peace and tranquility yet wants to be close to all Rehoboth Beach! Loads of extras like finished ground floor basement area with large TV + a Firestick, a 65" smart TV in the living room, wireless internet, modern kitchen with a spacious, brand new breakfast area . . . and the owner supplies 6 bicycles too! (number & condition not guaranteed.) VRBO USERS: Please note that there is a separate VRBO booking fee paid by the guest. Linens and Travel Insurance OPTIONAL. No Pets. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

Big house!

The house was big enough for 9 people comfortably. It was clean on arrival, appliances are top notch. It had bikes which was great being close to the bike paths. Games for all ages, books and plenty of TVs. Plenty of seating for all in the living room and dining room. The real estate office was easy to work with.

Amazing home to stay in. Roomy with space for everyone to have privacy. Lovely shared spaces for family time. It was so nice to have bikes available to visit stores, the beach, or if you’re up for a longer trek you can see Gordon’s Pond and Cape Henlopen. Everything you could need for a beach vacation!

Beautiful home with plenty of space

This was our second year in Rehoboth, both in the same development, and this year we could not have happier with the property! Plenty of space for 8 adults and a teen, with great places to gather together (main living space), as well as plenty of room to find quiet time when needed (the basement). Kitchen was a little small, but well appointed and the bathrooms (one for each bedroom plus PR) were perfect for our group. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet not far from the pool and clubhouse, and just a short ride to the beach and boardwalk. We had a fantastic week and hope to return again next year to enjoy what the townhome has to offer!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family just returned home from an excellent stay at this amazing vacation home! This beautiful home was comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bicycles in the garage as well as beach chairs and umbrellas were an unexpected but much appreciated surprise! The only thing that I would suggest would be to provide a few locks for the bikes, but we were able to purchase one in town.

Beautiful Home!

We rented this beautiful home recently & were very pleased. The house was clean, updated & had a nice flow. Although there were provisions in place for COVID 19, everything was to our liking. The owners left a sweet note & we truly felt welcomed! BHHS Gallo Realty was great to work with. We had an amazing vacation & will definitely consider renting again next year!

Perfect in spite of Covid

Town home was clean and very spacious. We cooked all our meals without an issue as the kitchen is well equipped. The deck is 100% private overlooking a natural area. Not too far from Deauville Beach a 7 minute drive. Walkable to Brewery and Main area of town. Unfortunately pool use was restricted because of Covid but so happy we could get away safely to the beach this year.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This is a wonderfully decorated, well-stocked and comfortable home. The home is just outstanding! Very convenient to downtown Rehoboth without going onto busy Route 1. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation rental I've visited. Downside was this unit was a realtor rental, which I wasn't expecting with VRBO. I like to avoid the check-in process that is required with realtors. This home is also not directly in the Grande at Canal neighborhood. It is one street over. The photo on this listing leads you to believe it is directly in the neighborhood, but it is not. We rented with other family and expected our homes to be in the same neighborhood, but it ended up not being a problem. Something to keep in mind though. The comfort and beautiful home outweighed the small issues.
