  • Hermosa casa adosada completamente nueva con 3 habitaciones, cada una con baño privado y un baño y medio en el nivel principal. En la comunidad de Rehoboth Crossing con un área de piscina y gimnasio. Cada nivel tiene una terraza o porche impresionante con espectaculares vistas del atardecer. Todos los muebles nuevos y elegantes, que incluyen una cama King con acceso directo a la cubierta en el piso superior, dos camas individuales en otra habitación en el piso superior y una cama Queen en la habitación del nivel inferior con puertas correderas a la cubierta posterior, junto con una parrilla. Una cama plegable para niños en una habitación, con capacidad para 7 personas. Townhome también cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con comedor, sala de estar, rincón de desayuno y una enorme cocina moderna con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

    El porche proyectado junto a la cocina también ofrece excelentes vistas del atardecer y una cómoda mesa y sillas para una cena inolvidable al aire libre. ¡Nos encanta tomar un café allí por las mañanas perezosas o antes de ir a la playa!

    Privado, gran piscina, gimnasio y casa club también.

    Camine hasta Tanger Outlets, muchos restaurantes y bares y a minutos de películas, golf, parques acuáticos, la fabulosa tienda de Fractured Prune Donut (¡imprescindible en Rehoboth!) y las playas tan cerca como un paseo fácil de 5 minutos. Acceso privado a Junction y Breakwater Trail, así que si lo tuyo es el ciclismo o el senderismo, puedes llegar a Rehoboth, Lewes o las playas y parques estatales y disfrutar de la naturaleza a tu ritmo. O toma el autobús que está a solo unos pasos, ¡una excelente opción para disfrutar de la vida nocturna !.

    En el lado del océano de la ruta 1: acceso rápido a Rehoboth Avenue sin la molestia de la autopista.

    Todo lo que necesita, pero recuerde traer sus propias sábanas y toallas.

The townhouse was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room and bathrooms. Its location is convenient to get to Rehoboth and anything along Rt#1. The parking pass was a nice bonus!The host provided detailed instructions and information. The day we left for trip we asked if we could check in a few hours early. The host responded promptly and was accommodating.

Great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy and spacious for all 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great. We were close to everything and 1 mile from the beach! I just wish the vacation was longer! We would stay there again!! Thank you for a great few days!

Rehobeth Beach

Property was clean and maintained pretty well. King bed was a bit hard for my wife, but I slept fine. Balance of rooms had no complaints from others. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Route 1 can be tough to get out on with merging traffic from service road and drug store.

Another amazing experience!

We had another amazing experience staying here! This is our second time staying at this town house and it did not disappoint. We will be making this an annual trip! The location and amenities are perfect for our family. Thank you James!!!!

Everything you need for a great vacation

This was a ladies trip to the beach and this townhouse was excellent. In summary, it was immaculately clean, very nicely decorated, very spacious, and had all the amenities, pics were very accurate, and importantly, James, the owner, was easy to reach, very responsive and his hospitality was superb. This end unit townhome is in a nice community. The instructions for checking in was very clear and easy. The fact that each bedroom had their own private bathroom was an extra plus. It was very nicely decorated, just as you see in the pics, and you got alot of natural light coming through the windows too. I loved how clean the place was. It was a joy to cook and grill at this place. Small packets of shampoos, conditioners were provided (felt like a hybrid of a well run hotel with the comforts of home). Definitely, one to keep for future vacations. Thanks James for providing a wonderul place.

Great Communication

We had a great stay at James’ property. When we arrived, he allowed to us to check in as soon as it was done being cleaned. Although we initially had a little trouble with the key, when we entered we were very happy with the space. It was great to have a private bath for each bedroom. We also enjoyed the screened in deck off the main level as it had a fan and was a great spot to eat dinner. The kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t cook while there. There was an issue with a missing parking pass, but James responded very promptly and helped fix the situation. We appreciate the great communication and hope to be back to visit soon!

Excellent Condo

The condo was amazing! Being in the upstairs or downstairs bedroom you didn’t hear anyone while sleeping. Will definitely stay there again the only thing that would help would be a vacuum for the throw rugs. The owner was always available to answer any questions. The condo was about a 5-7 minute drive to the beach and the boardwalk.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was extremely clean and felt new. Hand sanitizer was provided throughout, during the Coronavirus pandemic... that was greatly appreciated. The owners are very personable and communication couldn’t have been better. Our family enjoyed the convenient location to the beach, shopping & dining. We definitely plan to go back!

Fantastic!

Excellent place to stay. Lots of space and very clean. Location is fantastic as well. Communication with the owners was also solid. This is definitely worth 5 stars! Only suggestion would be couple more household items such as toaster (there’s a toaster oven but when making multiple lunches toaster would make it easier) and iron and blender. But overall highly recommend staying here! You can’t go wrong!
