ON THE BEACH between Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and private outdoor shower. King bed in one bedroom, two bedrooms with Queen bed in each, and one bedroom with two twins. Well-appointed kitchen. Three decks with sunrise views plus a shaded courtyard. Third floor deck is open, second floor deck is open with ceiling fan and lower deck is fully screened. Two parking spaces. Easy access to Rehoboth or Dewey via Jolly Trolley, Uber, or walk less than a mile into either town. Washer/Dryer, AC, dishwasher, cable, Internet. Fifer Orchards farm stand is only blocks away. Notice, both the state of Delaware and Dewey Beach will apply a tax to this property. Only the 4.5% state tax is reflected on all bookings. An additional 3% Dewey Beach tax will be added after an Instant Booking is made.

This property is available for booking Saturday to Saturday in season.

Perfect in every way

Tastefully decorated, clean and uncluttered with direct access to the beach and walking distance to both Dewey and Rehoboth. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Couldn’t ask for more!

The location is wonderful, only steps to the ocean, and the owners are non-invasive even though they live next door. It has everything you need without feeling cluttered and is decorated beautifully. The only reason for the less than perfect rating is that the bathrooms are so so small. We are not large people, but those showers are incredibly tiny and the bathrooms were just really tight in general. The other thing to keep in mind is that there’s not any insulation between the first and second floors, which will both be inhabited by your party. This is only an issue if part of the party wants to go to sleep and the others do not. The talking will sound like they’re in the upstairs room with you. Having said that, we didn’t hear any noise from the other units, so that was certainly a plus! All things considered, we had a good week and are glad we got to visit Dewey!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. Amazing location, steps from the beach and right on the Rehobeth Beach and Dewey Beach line. We walked and biked everywhere! The property is very clean, beds are comfortable and the place is well appointed. Kerry was fabulous with communication. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun beach vacation.

Beach week 2025

We love this spot. Not fancy but clean and light and cheerful. Just the right kind of beachfront bungalow we like. We will come again and again. The manager Kerry is also a pleasure to work with. No stress! Just pleasure!

Beautiful location, adorable home

My family of 4 stayed for an October weekend. The location right on the dunes made for beautiful sunrises, easiest beach access, and a quick bike ride to downtown Rehoboth ( also easily walkable). Check in and communication with the owner were both easy. The home is exactly as pictured. We had wonderful fall weather and took full advantage of the 2 porches overlooking the beach. Very enjoyable weekend and I would love to stay again.

Fantastic stay

We rented for a week late July. Everything about the experience was great. Prior to our stay, I reached out to the host with a few questions. Very quick response times and very gracious. Check in was very easy. The property itself is premiere, given oceanfront, ease of beach access, parking, 5 min easy bike ride to Dewey, 10 min easy bike ride to Rehoboth (we rented bikes). The combination of these things is not easy to find in this area and we appreciated our good fortune in staying here. The property itself was very clean, well appointed. Bathrooms were small, but that was fine. Beds were very comfortable. Storage/laundry shed was great for storing our rental bikes. The host did go above and beyond on one request we had in advance of the week. She did not need to extend us the favor that she did but it made a big difference in our stay. The only thing for us that could have been improved is to have full blackout capabilities on the master bedroom sliding door. This was minor but it was hard to sleep in as the sun rose. Overall, a great stay and thank you to Kerry for keeping the place well kept and wonderful!

Perfect Spot

We absolutely love this property, Kerry is a delight to work with. This is the best spot in Dewey/Rehoboth if you're looking for family friendly and easy access. The home is wonderful and perfectly set up for a small family.

Light and Relaxing-A Perfect Beach Bungalow

This updated 1960's bungalow on the sea has all the charm you expect from a surfside location with none of the ostentation of too big, characterless modern homes full of drywall and flat screen tvs. This beautiful home has a light personality that invites the sea breeze and the sound of the surf in from a beach only a few steps away. The evening bonfires permitted on the beach here are a tradition for us as are coffee on the sand in the early mornings. Kerry is communicative and very easy to work with. Thanks for a third delightful year!

Blissful by the Sea

This was my second stay here and I couldn’t wait to return ! Lovely home at the foot of the dunes - can’t get closer to the beach. The views all times of the day and evening are the best. Kerry is a wonderful host. Responsive and friendly. I’ll be back again :)

Perfect escape

This is a great property to relax and recharge. Close enough to restaurants of Dewey and Bethany but far enough out of the busiyness. The bed was confortable and the living areas made me feel at home.

Cozy place for a long weekend

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend here and it was a wonderful experience. Nicely decorated space, lots of good books, right on the ocean, short walk along the beach to get to the boardwalk which takes you right into the heart of Rehoboth. Perfect!

Beach Life

Ophelia stalled off shore making for a breezy and gray week at the beach. Staying in this beautiful, well appointed waterfront condo was appreciated all the more as outdoor activities were limited. Don't miss the nearby Rehoboth Beach Museum or Browseabout Books ! And enjoy watching waves crash from the upstairs balcony . We'll be back...to extend our summer vibe again!

Heaven on Earth

We’ve stayed at our fair share of VRBO properties and this location far surpassed any beach experience we’ve ever had. A perfect location in Dewey, easy to enjoy the beach with such a perfect place to stay. This unit is lovely, and the owners do a wonderful job ensuring an easy arrival, checked in throughout the stay and couldn't have been more accommodating to parking and anything we needed!

The Perfect Choice

Magical is how I would describe my stay. A comfortable and charming beach cottage right on the sand. Sunrise is spectacular! Short walk to restaurants in Rehoboth and Dewey. Trolley stop at the end of the street. Quiet and convenient, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

What a wonderful location!

Kerry was a wonderful host, the property is absolutely perfect. Even the neighbors are nice. North Dewey beach is the perfect location for families a bit removed from the crowds and heavy activity of the beach proper. We loved the experience and will definitely be back!

Best of Rehobeth & Dewey Beach

We (four girlfriends) had the best time at Kerry & Terri's place. The location is perfect, just north of the happenings in Dewey Beach and just south of Rehobeth. Plus of course the proximity to the beach along with the amazing views can't be beat. The property is beautiful with two generous bedrooms, en suite baths and functional living space. The LR has a well stocked book shelf that we took advantage of. We recommend bringing bikes or renting them as they're convenient for getting around. Visiting this area is a true retreat and fun memories are easily made. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us!
