  • Stunning three bedroom top floor penthouse condo at the new Flats at Coastal Station.. Dog friendly.

    2000 ft.² of luxury living in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars. This light filled retreat offers all the amenities, including a gym, pool (in season), work area, and secure building access, and parking.

    3 large bedrooms (King, Queen, bunk-bed) and 2 baths, plus a queen size sofa bed in the living room, accommodates 8. Linens and bath towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

    Catching the soft morning light for breezy mornings, or enjoying the golden sunsets in the evening. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area lead to a cozy balcony. Perfect for entertaining, or just lounging with family and friends.

    The space is well appointed with all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every room, WiFi, secure access to parking and the building. Full laundry room. Common area grilling (in style), Gym, office space on 2nd floor and pool in the summer.

    Whether you want a quiet getaway, or a great location to reach everything Rehoboth offers (shopping, fine dining, trails and beaches) we hope this beautiful space provides a wonderful retreat from the every day.

Our stay was excellent. The property was very clean and very safe. We received two parking spots upon arrival, which was perfect for having a spot to keep our bikes. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking pass for Dewey Beach was a nice extra!! The biking/running trail was right outside the property and was very convenient for us to use. Overall, the location is perfect and there were two restaurants located extremely close that you could walk to, both of which were excellent. You can also walk across the street to the shopping outlets (1 of 3 locations… other 2 you would need to drive). The hosts were very responsive to addressing any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

We kicked off our spring break at this condo March 28-30. Proximity to high end outlets and excellent restaurants and bars was a huge plus. The unit is spacious and luxurious, with top quality furnishings and decor. Small touches like a well-stocked coffee/tea station, full sized washer/dryer, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the showers were appreciated. The kitchen has high-end appliances and the living room and bedroom furniture is comfortable and classy. The covered third floor patio catches the afternoon sun and has a great breeze. We walked to 302 Social for an excellent lunch of pot roast sandwiches and blackened tuna. We worked off that meal in the spacious gym with state of the art machines and then walked our dog in the dog run. Parking is free and convenient. The condo was very large, with three separate bedrooms (one with bunks) and a massive great room for entertaining. This is located away from the densely packed tourist areas but just a very short drive to the beaches.

So I want to preface this review with saying that the inside of the unit was immaculate, well stocked, and just as described physically. However, this property is not pet friendly or family friendly. The full time residents made absolutely sure we were not comfortable. We had bottles in the pool (all middle aged adults) and were told by one of them that wasn’t permitted so we IMMEDIATELY threw them out and this gentleman still complained about us. He must have been watching and waiting for something to happen because he was down so fast it was creepy (his balcony overlooks the pool). Then we were told our dog was scratching and when looking at the door, there was zero signs of damage and trust me if my dog scratched at a door there would he signs of that, so I’m assuming they meant the noise of him walking around the hard surfaced floors? Also it was brought to my attention that there was running inside the condo. I have 16 year old girls and a 12 year old who are certainly not running around. I can’t IMAGINE the complaints if I had toddlers. Lastly, other than the building and the pool area, the outskirts and disgusting. Overgrown grass and possibly a construction zone that is unattended to. All in all I think this property should discontinue renting, but if they chose not to they should keep it to a dog-less, kid-less people, I have rental SEVERAL properties with my kids and my dog and I have NEVER had one complaint.
