When you arrive at this magnificent home in Bay Vista, you know you are someplace special! Enjoy your stay as you relax on the deck and marvel at the beautiful sunset. Lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the peaceful Rehoboth Bay.

This house has lovely views of the bay from many rooms. Perfect for a quiet getaway or turn your getaway into get-togethers and entertain your family and friends in the spacious open floor plan!

This newly renovated home has it all, including; 2 king, 2 queen size beds; two master suites, with full bath just outside the 3rd bedroom door; top of the line kitchen; dining for 12 at the main table plus 5 bar stools; two floor to ceiling stone fireplaces; private decks off two of the bedrooms; a wrap around deck off the main living area, complete with large retractable awning, grill and outdoor dining; outside shower; double + lot w/yard to play; 2 car garage, circular driveway, front loading washer/dryer.

Something for everyone! Close to everything Rehoboth has to offer. This private oasis is just a mile from The Big Fish Restaurant (Rehoboth's most popular restaurant,) Juggle Jim’s Water Park (Delaware's largest water park) and Rehoboth Prime Outlets. Just 2 miles away you'll find the beach and boardwalk, Funland, and the many restaurants and shops that Rehoboth is known for. Ride bikes to the beach or use the parking pass included in the rental.

Basketball hoop in the driveway provides entertainment for all ages.

Wonderful, spacious, sparkly clean, easy check-in,..Nine of us and room for all. Magnificent family/kitchen area . Decks everywhere! Basketball was the icing for grandkids!.. Beds were ALL comfy like new! Area was close to everything. We even had a deer family roaming the neighborhood..Neighbors were quiet with ppl out walking their dogs or bike riding… Wonderful sunsets... bathrooms and showers everywhere 🥰Air conditioning was amazing in this heat !!Thank you to the Howland’s

Beautiful house in beautiful quiet area, house is spacious and comfortable and the most stocked with necessities of any house I ever rented !Great communication with host !Patio needed a good cleaning and was a bit worn , we stayed the first week in July and perhaps the patio had not been used in a while. but although we sat out there with drinks, we mostly dined out . All in all , it was great !

Enjoyable House

We really enjoyed our stay at Robyn's house. Communication was top notch, the house is spacious and ideal for a family vacation. The neighborhood is quiet from the nearby beach bustle.

Perfect family vacation

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We had a group of 9-10 and were all comfortable. The house is about a 7-10 minute drive to the beach and we were able to shuttle the group back and forth and use the parking permit provided. The house is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and there were always tons of people out walking their dogs and riding bikes. The kitchen was very large with an amazing oven/fridge with plenty of space in the pantry. The table seated 10 comfortably and it was nice to sit together to eat. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby. Communication with Robyn was great and she was always very responsive. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood

The house was great for our family. It has a nice kitchen and dining room, as well as a very comfortable living room and bedrooms. We had to wash and dry the towels we used before departing, but we had a late checkout so it wasn't a problem. We brought our own sheets to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice for running or walking. It can be buggy, though, so be prepared!

Relaxing Stay

We had 9 peoplevin our group. There was ample sleepi g arrangements for all. The house is very spacious. Everyone was able to find privacy when wanted. Lots of bach supplies, bikes, sand toys, etc. Wouls highly recommend. The sponsor respnds quickly to any uestions.

Quiet and relaxing.

Our 2nd time staying. We love the new additions added since last year. The home had all we needed and more. We enjoyed the deer and the neighborhood fox sightings. Hope to be back next year!

Birthday’s Getaway

Our overall experience with this property was very Favorable! They had a very detailed instruction book with check in/checkout process! It was very spacious and had everything you needed. The sunrises n sunsets were beautiful and loved the visits from the deer. Here are a few suggestions check out the mattress in the queen bed in downstairs closest to door. Tv remote in non master was missing. Lots of debris on deck we cleaned it off. We really had a great time and would love to make it back in the future. Thanks for the bottle of wine that was a nice touch! Also we appreciated the early check in and the late check out!!

Labor Day Vacation

This house was certainly large enough for our family and Lab. The view to Rehoboth Bay was lovely. On what was an extremely hot week the air conditioning throughout the house worked very well and every one slept well. Daily walks in the neighborhood were very dog friendly. On the few nights where we ate in, the well equipped kitchen had everything you could need. We had a very nice vacation!

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for 3 couples and two dogs. Large kitchen fully stocked. Great deck for relaxing and grilling dinners. Was pleased to find a gate on the upper deck to steps so we could let our pups stay without a leash! Quiet neighborhood, no traffic but minutes away from downtown Rehoboth and beaches. I had a general question for Robyn and she responded quickly. Great stay!

Visit to Rehoboth Beach

Robyn: The property was only marginally clean. Also, please be aware: the small toaster on the kitchen counter is a fire hazard. It is quite difficult to confirm when you turn it off. I had left it on and quite by chance realized it. The house is truly overstuffed with stuff that only makes it look extremely cluttered. Suggest you do a thorough de clutter of the place, especially the dozens of pillows that really don't add to any comfort and the endless nick knacks. The controls to the dishwasher are broken, one has to guess as to the cycle chosen. Could not find the switch to turn on the lights over the kitchen table. Suggest you label the switches for ease of use. On the positive side: thank you for providing linens and towels and the many other amenities (dish washing soap, etc.) Regards.

Peaceful Get away

The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and a dream to cook in. Plenty of room for a large family. All of the furniture was so comfortable and a TV in every room. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The deck was amazing with a lovely view of the bay. The neighborhood is very quiet. With all of the trees we felt as if we were in a tree house. Every evening and morning we would see deer walking through the property. We went for a bike ride using the bikes provided in the garage every evening. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful as well. Just a short drive to the beach. A parking pass was provided which made parking easy. Robyn was incredible to work with and a wonderful host. Robyn really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to have all that you need for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and hope to return again.

Family Vacation

The house was very spacious for our group of 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. Lots of room to have your own space as well as to be together. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and it was a short drive to the beach. And, we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Robyn responded to all of my questions quickly and was a great host.

Nice Stay

Nice area, home is nice. Needs some tlc from owners. Not much but does need some care. Basics but necessary. Home is very spacious and is away from the craziness of Route 1 but close enough to get to anything you need. I would recommend folks to stay at this home.

Great spring break getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed several beautiful walks. Only 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth shops in one direction and outlets and movie theater in another. Robyn was an amazing host. The house had everything we needed and more. From cold lemonade in the refrigerator to all the condiments, coffee, and even our favorite teas. Robyn was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The living room was very cozy and conducive to spending time as a family. Great stay.
