  • Welcome to our Classic Rehoboth Cottage, just 1.5 blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk! Walk to restaurants, downtown shops and a playground, Outlets are nearby, a short drive away.

    Our charming vacation spot offers clean, comfortable and attractive accommodations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa in the first-floor bonus room with attached full bath. Most guests love sitting on the large, screened porch for morning coffee as well as in the evening for dinner and conversation.

    New for 2026, new linen blinds on the first-floor windows and new bed frames upstairs. Last spring, a full upstairs bathroom refresh. The kitchen boasts a sturdy appliances and accessories to make your stay more enjoyable.

    Relax in our backyard, with a picnic table and an ample supply of lightning bugs for that perfect summer glow. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our fully enclosed outdoor shower, available from late spring to fall. Our fenced backyard is a popular safe haven for families with young children.

    Your satisfaction is our priority. Our cleaning staff ensures everything is perfect for your 4 P.M. check-in. If anything falls short, let us know immediately so we can make it right.

    Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood, keeping noise levels down to respect our year-round neighbors.

    Guests provide linens (sheets, towels and blankets), but rental options are available through Coastal Beach Services at 302 260-7021. Because of cleaning schedules, early check-in and late checkout are unavailable. Please dispose of trash and leave keys and parking permit (if arrangements are made to have one) by the door to avoid replacement charges. No pets (severe allergies), primary renters under 30 years of age or party groups are allowed.

The quintessential Rehoboth Beach getaway cabin! The location is perfect, at the quieter end of the beach but a very easy walk to the Boardwalk, restaurants, shops, etc. We loved hanging out on the screened in front porch and enjoying the beautiful neighborhood.

The cottage was the perfect location. 2 blocks from the beach and close to where all the restaurants and bars are. The cottage was cozy and had a covered porch, a great place to just hang out! The host was easy to work with and coordinate our stay. I would stay here again!

My favorite place in this cottage was the front porch. It was very relaxing!! I have no complaints about my stay. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. When I arrived, I parked my car in the driveway and moved it when I departed

Very easy stay, cozy home with perfect screened in porch. Super close to the boardwalk/beach (super walkable with a 15 month old!) Don’t forget that bringing towels also means hand towels for the bathrooms!

Rehoboth Getaway…

The house was comfortable and met our needs for a short and relaxing beach stay. The porch was wonderful — spacious with plenty of room to unwind or enjoy a meal outdoors. We also appreciated the easy walk to the ocean. My 86-year-old father even made the trip to and from the beach several times, and having a foldout bed near the downstairs bathroom worked out perfectly for him.

Great place!

Myself and 5 family members stayed here for a long weekend. It was so close to the beach and such a quiet location! It was the perfect amount of space for us and also had a great gathering space to play games in the evening! Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Perfect location and charming

We stayed here with our multigenerational extended family, including my elderly parents. The locations can’t be beat, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, amenities are easily accessible. Charming cottage with everything we needed for a long weekend. We especially enjoyed the lovely porch with plenty of seating.

His was our second time staying at this spacious cottage, convenient to beach and boardwalk. The large screened porch was a great place for family gatherings. Kitchen was well equipped. Bath facilities were lovely. Beds comfortable. We were lucky to have beautiful beach weather.
