Located at the corner of Hickman Street and Stockley Street, this Country Club Estates home is just what you've been hoping to find. Grill out in your fenced yard while friends or family unwind in your private pool! The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully appointed interior with all the comforts of home, including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a sparkling full kitchen. A dedicated full bath for each bedroom ensures comfort and convenience for the whole group.

You will love the in-town location and proximity to Rehoboth Beach's famous Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is open March 1 to December 1 of each year, and pool heat can be purchased for an additional fee
The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is not a brand new home. Need new pots and pans, some utensils showing wear. Spider webs in bedrooms. The pool is very small. You charge almost 950 to hear this tiny pool for the week. A house on Maryland Ave with a pool double the size heats the pool for under 500 for the week. Very far from the beach and downtown. Need more furniture in the screen porch

Marathon Weekend

This is the 2nd year we stayed at this house and love it. There is plenty of room and in a great location. Bonus is each of the 5 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. We hope our next visit this house will be available then.

Short Oct stay

We stayed here before heading to a wedding in Baltimore to see the area. The house is located in a neighborhood close to the beach and center of town so we did some shopping and lots of eating. The house is very well appointed and stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back again

Felt like home

The home was very clean spacious nicely appointed and cozy with top notch amenities. Even better than the pictures ! Pool a plus! Walkable everywhere, near the boardwalk, Silver Lake, restaurants and shops along Rehoboth Avenue and Baltimore Avenue. Nice wide and well maintained sidewalks for a morning run. We will surely book this property again!

Family weekend oasis

This place is exactly as advertised and more! The open concept kitchen into living room is so key for gathering the family! We had an amazing time and having your own full bath connected to your room is key when multiple families are staying in the house. We had an amazing family get together and hope to book this house in the future!

family get-together

Rehobeth was a mid-way get-together location for extended family. With 2 infants, 1 toddler, adults and pets, this home and location were ideal. We all appreciated the exact amount of bedrooms and baths we needed for adults and babies. The nearness of playgrounds, town and beach were ideal for walking and enjoying Rehobeth. On leaving, one family member said "I think we should book it for next year." Another said, "Rehobeth 2024!"

Sea Witch week

House is well kept. Accommodating for dogs. We walk everywhere so location perfect. We just park the car and leave it. The house had ALL necessary amenities. But, there were 2 trash cans and one trash bag so we had to supply our own. Little things that most houses have were missing. Tissues, extra blankets, extra TP, extra pillows for beds. But we managed just fine. Absolutely loved the screened in front porch!

Fantastic accommodations

Beautiful home with each of the five bedrooms having it’s own bathroom plus a half bath on main for general use. A primary suite with king bed on the main was a huge bonus for those who found stairs a challenge. Kitchen is well planned and the large island made meals for 10 people so much easier. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 4 blocks from the ocean made for enjoyable walks.

Beautiful house in great location

We really enjoyed our two weeks in June here. The house was clean, everything worked, and the pool was great. Our only complaint is that there was only one parking pass when we arrived (we were told there would be 2). I contacted Vacasa via email and message and they never responded to me. We had to pay $15 a day for a city parking pass. When we got home, I got a phone call from Vacasa asking if we took the second parking pass. I told them we only had one and I reached out to them via email about it when we first arrived. They confirmed and apologized that yes they did receive our messages but did not respond. They told me they would reimburse me for the $15 a day x 14 days and no one ever followed up with me about it. Also when we arrived, the dirty towels and linens from the previous renters were sitting on our front porch. The dirty towels and linens were in two gigantic blue bags and they sat there for a week. It was inconvenient and should have been picked up before we arrived. So in short, the Vacasa management company was disappointing but the house was great. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids in our family. We liked the two laundry machines on each floor and the family room was cozy. We would stay here again if the management company stepped it up.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house.

Excellent rental!

Our rental was immaculate. Very well equipped. Was so close to restaurants and beach. And management and staff were exceptional to our needs. Everyone love it and cannot wait to return.
