New wide plank LVP flooring throughout, a brand new kitchen with top-of-the-line finishes and natural stone counters, all new bathrooms with custom tile finishes, all new lighting, new interior doors, crown moldings, custom paint, and more! You'll be delighted with the outdoor pool and the ability to easily walk everywhere for shopping, fine or casual dining, and a dip in the Atlantic Ocean JUST a block and a half away. The elevator makes for easy access!
LOCATION: Located on Wilmington Ave above commercial real estate, ONLY one and a half blocks to the boardwalk and Beach! Park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We had stayed in this building last year but a different unit. We loved the layout of this one as a family with little ones and it was so nicely furnished, appliances new and in great shape. Also plenty of beach gear which is always appreciated when traveling with a large family!

It was a great stay! We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 child. Ample parking for all 3 couples. The beach closet was so stocked and awesome! I was a little disappointed the pool was not heated this time of year. The porches were fabulous to sit on after returning in the evening for bedtime for the little one. It was clean, spacious, bedrooms were spread out, close to the boardwalk and beach, plenty of restaurants nearby ... just a really great place to stay!

The property had everything we were looking for- close to the beach/boardwalk, a pool, plenty of space for my three-generation family of seven people, beach closet with everything we needed for the beach/pool, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend this property to others. We are hoping we can book again for next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There was some construction that was very inconvenient in many ways. However, Remax and the owners were so accommodating that I can not say enough about their level of concerns. We will be back for years! The condo is so beautiful, up to date and we will rent again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well-adorned with amenities. We made great use of all of the space, especially the living area and screened-in porch. The location was wonderful as you can truly just park and leave your car for the week as everything is walkable from the condo. They provided extra parking passes which was nice as we did have a third car for a couple of days. The condo was just the right size for us and was a great value all around! We would definitely consider staying again.

The inside of condo is very nice and updated ! Very comfortable , well appointed .. the toilet seat was broken from day one and no one came to fix it .. the oven didn’t work at all.. nothing major ! We absolutely loved the inside and true proximity to everything - beach , shopping and dining ! The outside of condo is gross ! The screen in porch and balcony although nice look at a parking lot and dumpsters ! The smell is awful from the restaurants below .. building itself outside is run door and awful ! The pool is in a parking lot ! Literally ! Would not use that or go near it ! It’s awful ! So as long as u stay inside the condo it’s lovely !

A little over priced but, this place had everything you could need. It was all very well thought out. Even had beach chairs for us to use! Clean, modern, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend it!
