"Lief alles reibungslos und ist eine sehr solide Unterkunft. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einzige Kritik eigentlich das das Gebäude Extrems hellhörig ist, der Abfluss bisschen stinkt und wir lediglich einen schwachen Ventilator hatten bei 28 grad. "Sehr saubere Wohnung. Der Bereich um die Mülltonnen war allerdings eine Katastrophe, was allerdings nicht an der Vermieterin lag, sondern an den Bewohnern der gesamten Wohnanlage. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat sich schnell zurückgemeldet bei Problemen und versucht diese zu lösen.Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen."
