"practical as described by its name -"smart". Clean and fit our budget. We realized it is quite far out from all the tourist attractions but we went ahead with this place anyway as we saw that it is right by the train station. However, the commute is quite limited as there is only one train line. we were fine dealing with the transferring to different stations until there were issues with trains schedule and maintenance on some of the days, and that became inconvenient. "La chambre correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos sur le site. Très propre et magnifiquement décorée. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine très fonctionnelle mais nous avons aussi aimé l'emplacement de d'hôtel juste en face d'un resto / bar à vin, ainsi qu'à quelques minutes de marche du métro. L'expérience nous a donné le goût de louer à nouveau dans un Hotel Numa :)"

"Wir waren zu viert im Nena und hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zudem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Spree. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Wasser war unbezahlbar! Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor der Tür und in den Nebenstraßen. Das Bett und auch die Schlafcouch waren super bequem. Wir würden wieder das Nena buchen! :)"

"Unlike many short term rental flats in the area, our flat at TheGraf was modern, clean, and immaculately presented. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option, but I do understand why that may be the case given there are no staff on site - independent contractors likely need to clean all flats over a short period between check-out and check-in instead. Overall had a great stay at TheGraf."

"This is aa very clean furnished apartment. There’s no reception or hotel services. The apartments are large with full kitchen and bath, laundry and coffee machine. There was no elevator in my part of the apartment building but some units seem to have elevators. Management was very responsive. The neighborhood is Friedrichshain which has a Brooklyn/Berlin vibe. Lots of places to eat, drink ans shop. Tram on the corner and about ten minutes U Bahn"

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat sich überall sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum See war kurz und gemütlich. Die Sauna war direkt am Bungalow dran und war mehr als gemütlich gewesen. Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich, sowie auch die Verabschiedung. Wir hatten zwei sehr gemütliche Nächte und können es nur empfehlen."
