A spacious holiday home for 6 people, with an enclosed garden, located in Régusse, one of the many picturesque villages in the Var.

Régusse is a small village, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay! An 800-metre walk takes you to the bakery or the Sunday morning market. There are a number of restaurants and terraces in the centre, and if you want to cook for yourself, you can find everything you need in the supermarket. Refuelling, charging your car, cash machines, chemists... it's all there.

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Double bed 140 cm, ensuite with shower, air conditioning, access to terrace and swimming pool.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Double bed 160 cm, ensuite with shower, air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Double bed 160 cm with bath/shower, air conditioning.

Large living room with air conditioning, Internet TV, Sonos

Kitchen, fully equipped for cooking + dishwasher

Spacious indoor garage (safe place for bicycles, etc.). Washing machine & extra refrigerator available

Large garden of approximately 1000m2
Completely private and walled.
Parking space for 3 to 4 cars
Many terraces and outdoor space, in the sun or shade!

10 x 5 metre swimming pool, ready for hours of water fun.
The pool is not heated.
After swimming, you can rest and dry off on the sun loungers around the pool.

We only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Excetionally on fridays

The region, mainly known for Lac Sainte Croix and Gorge du Verdon, offers countless possibilities: hiking to your heart's content, water sports on the lake, exploring the beautiful villages in the area or enjoying the beaches by the lake...
You will also find plenty to satisfy your culinary desires. Aups (the town 10 km from Regusse) is the truffle capital of France.
