We would like to warmly welcome you to our granny flat / apartment with vintage flair in the heart of Edesheim on the Southern Wine Route. Our property is located on a very quiet street with very little traffic.
Spend a wonderful time right at the foot of the Palatinate Forest - one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Germany, with an almost infinite number of leisure and relaxation opportunities in the immediate vicinity. No matter whether you prefer hiking, cycling or the delicacies of the Palatinate cuisine and of course the excellent Palatinate wine, this region offers something for every taste.
Edesheim is the right place for you! Within a few minutes you can already reach numerous locations for social evenings, hiking and cycling trails from and in the picturesque vineyards with a beautiful view of the Palatinate Forest.
There is also a lot for children here: about a minute's walk from our apartment there is a great playground with a variety of play equipment, space to play football and a small stream. If you like it a bit bigger when playing, you can reach the so-called. AllaHopp facility in Edenkoben. It is a park-like, free facility with play equipment for young and old, a stream and various water features, a grill hut and outdoor fitness equipment and exercise trail.
If you are traveling with small children, we will of course also be happy to provide you with a high chair and a travel cot.

Of course, here in Edesheim there are bakers and other shops for everyday needs, banks and ATMs, pharmacies, doctors and of course bus and train stops, so that you can enjoy further tours and excursions without your own car.

The almost 60 square meter apartment has two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom. It is located on the ground floor of our house and has a separate driveway with terrace and seating with a grill and of course its own entrance door.

The hallway leads to the stylish and cozy bedroom and the large and open and inviting living / dining area with direct access to the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was in the so-called Vintage style furnished, whereby the furniture and decorative objects were mostly processed by the company "Scheunenfund" by hand. In this apartment we offer you a mixture of decorative and functional, but also vintage and modern. We have placed great emphasis on beautiful, high-quality and healthy materials, which you will also recognize from the real wood floors, the tiles, windows, etc.
The living room has a convivial seating area that invites you to linger and play with the whole family, a cozy sofa area that can be converted in just a few simple steps, can be used as another full bed and of course the comfort you are used to at home (satellite TV , WiFi, electric shutters). You will also find a closet for your private items and clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee pad machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and all utensils) and here you will also find an additional small and cozy seating area.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with retractable shower walls and toilet. You can of course also get towels from us.
The bedroom offers you a comfortable bed (medium-hard mattress; 1.60 mx 2.00 m, bed linen) and another cupboard with enough storage space for your private items and clothes.

We would like to welcome you to our holiday apartment with shabby-chic-flair in the heart of Edesheim at the so called “Südliche Weinstraße” which is part of the German Wine Route. Our property is located in a very quiet street with very little traffic.
Spend a wonderful time here right at the foot of the Palatinate Forest - one of the biggest contiguous forest ares in Germany with an almost infinite number of leisure and relaxation opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
No matter if you prefer hiking or cycling or the delicacies of the Palatinate Cuisine and of course the outstanding Palatinate Wine - this region offers something for every taste.
Edesheim is spot on for all your plans. It takes you just a few minutes from our holiday apartment to reach numerous locations for sociable evenings and hiking and biking trails at and within the picturesque vineyards which offer you a wonderful view of the Palatinate Forest.
There is also a lot to do for children: a one minute’s walk away from our holiday apartment you can find a nice playground with a lot of equipment, enough space to play football and there is also a small stream. Who likes it a little bigger when it comes to playing can get to the so called “AllaHopp” - playground in Edenkoben within a few minutes by car. It is a beautiful park-like and free playground with activities and equipment for young and old, a small stream with different water features to play with, a barbecue hut and outdoor fitness equipment and parcours.
If you come to us with little children, we will of course be happy to provide you with a high chair and a portacrib.
In Edesheim you can find several bakeries and further shopping facilities for your everyday needs, banks and ATMs (cashpoint machines), pharmacies, various doctors, petrol stations and of course bus stops and a train station. So you can also enjoy more distant tours and excursions without taking your own car.

Our holiday apartment, which is about 60 sqm big, offers you two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house and it has a separate entry (parking spot) and a terrace with seating possibilities and a barbecue. Through the corridor you reach the stylish and cozy bedroom on the left and on the right you get into the big and welcoming living-dining room with direct access to the kitchen and the bathroom.
The apartment was furnished in the so called "shabby-chic style". Most of the furniture and decorative objects were handmade or hand finished by the company "Scheunenfund". With this holiday apartment we offer you a mixture of decorative and functional but also vintage and modern.
We have set great value upon beautiful high quality and healthy materials what can be seen amongst other things by the real wood floors, the tiles and the windows.
The living-dining room has a cozy seating area which invites you to linger and play board games with the whole family. There is also a comfortable couch which can be converted in a few simple steps into a second sleeping facility. Of course you will find the comfort you are used to since we offer you satellite TV, WiFi, electric shutters and so on. Here you can also find a wardrobe to keep your private items and clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee-pad machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combination and all the utensils you will need. There is also a little table and two stools.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with two foldable glassy shower screens and a toilet. Of course you will also get towels from us.
The bedroom has a cozy bed (medium hard mattress; 1.6 x 2.0 meters; bed linen included) and another wardrobe with enough space to keep your private items and clothes.
