"Nous avons choisi l’hôtel pour la proximité avec l’aéroport et le transport fourni à l’aéroport prévu en fin de nuit. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau pour se laver, bien qu’on nous ait dit qu’il y en aurait à partir de 18h. Et, lorsque nous étions prêt à partir à 5h du matin, le shuttle n’était plus disponible car une des portes était brisée. Ils ont commandé un taxi, mais nous avons dû le payer!! Le personnel a été très professionnel pour les circonstances. "

"I reported a complaint with the hotel as well as sent a lengthy email to Stay Hotel airport LIS as well as their Corp. office when I was there. The one staff was terribly rude but other staff members did apologise for his behavior. Couple nights later he did apologise to me after probably being reprimanded by his fellow staff or managers. I’ve stayed here at this hotel many times and not had issues especially of this magnitude. "

"This is a very nice boutique type property in a great location in Sintra. Close to the train station. Easy walk up to the old town. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size. Ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed with wonderful bedding. There is a complimentary breakfast included. It is nicely set up and served. However, we found that some of the items (eggs/sausages/bacon) were warm at best and that was unfortunate. Hopefully they can...

"Lovely hotel centrally located to the beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel and rooms are updated with stunning views. Rooftop area was a great place to enjoy the sun and views with a drink or cool off in the indoor pool. Breakfast offered was amazing with so many options. My only negative is the room sizes but I think this is typical for Europe. We needed to 2 rooms for our family of 4. At night it could be loud but it wasn’t an issue really. "

"We were the first ones for breakfast one morning and saw many flies sitting on the fruits at the counter. We brought this to the attention of the staff. The hotel location is the best, easily accessible and well maintained. However the rooms are poorly designed and extremely inconvenient. 1. The bathroom sink area has no room except for sink. "The hotel was convenient, cheery, clean, and well-kept. View from the room lovely, overlooking the city and the river in the distance. Fine park to the north for walking and birding. No struggle with the aircon. Staff super hospitable, friendly, accessible, and helpful with directions and recommendations. Ask for Carlos. Dining room fine. Good restaurants nearby too. We ate at both. "
