"Checkin was a breeze. Parking was easy. We had a very spacious king room. The bed was very comfortable. Carpet was newish. Bathroom shower a little worse for wear but spacious. Elevator was very slow. We would stay here again."

"WIFI VERY SLOW. Staff was always very courteous. Landscaping horrendous pool furniture horrible. Many missing and or dead Landscaping throughout the pool area and entrance. Pool furniture was a mix match and did not mirror the Beautiful entrance/ lobby area. You almost thought you were in two different hotels because of the differences."

"First issue, the hotel next to it is under major construction. Like other reviewers have said, noisy, and just makes it over I'll look bad. Second is the area seems very sketchy, lots of people just hanging out outside with a significant portion of those drinking alcohol, etc. Big picture, sketchy motel. I didn't even stay after seeing the area, and inspecting the room."

"Room was clean but floors was sticky and bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. Staff was very nice. Parking was okay but not close to the room you were in. Bed had plastic wrap and it made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Will not stay again"

"Absolutely wonderful suite just steps away from all the restaurants on Española Way. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach/ Ocean Drive. The staff are incredible (Adriana and Simona were so kind :) . There is a very nice garden area with tables, chairs and many cute cats! We really enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast there. Heads up if you have a car or rental, the street parking and nearest garages are pricey! Park at the G7 Municipal Garage (about a 7 minute walk)."

"Wanted something affordable that would work just for the night, was not satisfied. The AC/ heater sounded like a lawn mower which de-railed us from using it because it was so loud. TV network did not work so we ended up having to watch movies on my laptop. Also there was no washcloths in the room so when I needed one there was not one available. Only good thing about this room was the fact that it had a full size fridge and a microwave. And the price otherwise then that I give it 1 to 2 stars."
